This study aimed to provide an integrated approach using qualitative and quantitative research methods based on the 80/20 principle and the grey system theory, in order to address the uncertainty in the existing literature. First, through a qualitative approach, the authors analysed the environment for the management of WEEE by eight companies in Cameroon, through a literature review and observations made in the field under the framework of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. Then, the weights of the selected cause of the WEEE using grey system theory were proposed and applied, combining the findings from both the qualitative and quantitative methods. 摘要
非洲的电气和电子设备废物(WEEE)问题目前尚无具体答案。本研究旨在根据 80/20 原则和灰色系统理论,采用定性和定量研究方法,提供一种综合方法,以解决现有文献中的不确定性问题。首先,作者采用定性方法,在 ISO 14001:2015 标准的框架下,通过文献综述和实地观察,分析了喀麦隆八家公司管理废弃电子电气设备的环境。然后,结合定性和定量方法的研究结果,利用灰色系统理论提出并应用了废弃电子电气设备的选定原因权重。根据分析获得的数据,研究结果表明,接受评估的喀麦隆处理废弃电子电器设备管理的公司可以采取措施减少废弃电子电器设备。
