In light of the increasingly diverse workforce, it is interestingly important to investigate individual differences in the context of organisational change. Thus, the study also aims to measure the association between age and individual conflict to alteration, considering the length of service as the moderating variable. The study collected data from 413 respondents working in the telecom sector in Punjab, Pakistan. SmartPLS (v 3.2.7) was employed to investigate the measurement model and the structural model. The findings revealed that individual resistance to change and emotional intelligence sequentially mediate the association between age and work results. Work also generates the moderating effect of service length with age and individual resistance to change. The study's limitations included a cross-sectional design, which prevents us from concluding causality. The data were looked at from the International Trade Centre (ITC) for Pakistan’s toys exports during 2004-2020. The results of this study show that Pakistan enjoyed a comparative advantage in exporting toys to the world market during 2004-2020, because the RCA index is greater than 1. The positive values of RSCA and LnRCA indicate that Pakistan had a CA in the concerned sector during 2004-2020. The study also observed that Pakistan had a competitive advantage by employing Vollrath index (RCA#). In addition, the revealed competitiveness index (RC) indicates that Pakistan experienced competitiveness in the toy export sector. The RMA index shows that Pakistan also enjoyed a comparative advantage in the imports of toys during 2004-2020. This means that Pakistan also imports these products from other economies of the world. The index of RTA describes that Pakistan had a net comparative advantage in this sector during analysis. TBI illustrates that Pakistan is the net-exporter in the toys and games sector in the global economy. The method of the study was quantitative with correlation research design. The sample of the study was 113 prospective teachers using convenience sampling from three departments of teacher education institutions. To assess the Critical Thinking skills of prospective teachers, test was developed by the research comprised of five dimensions i.e. analyzing, assumption, deduction, inferences and interpreting information. Eight statements for each dimension required 40 minute to solve. Psychometric properties i.e. Reliability and validity of test was insured by applying Cronbach alpha which was 0.72. The study results reflect that level of critical thinking skills in prospective teachers were not up to mark (Mean=55.59%), the association amongst CTS and academic achievement was significant and moderate (r=0.365). Theories based on these assumptions might not hold for developing economies due to imperfect market structure and fragile financial institutions. This study attempts to analyze the quantity theory of money (QTM) and Phillips curve (PC) relationship from long-run perspective for economy of Pakistan. QTM relates complete absorption of money growth effect into inflation, and PC establishes negative relationship between inflation and unemployment. In the long-run, money is assumed to have only inflationary or nominal effect. Therefore, presence of any long-run tradeoff between inflation and unemployment, once inflations is a pure monetary phenomenon in the long-run, cast serious doubts regarding long-run neutrality of money. Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) modelling approach is opted to analyze long-run impact of money growth on inflation, and long-run effect of inflation on unemployment. The long-run relationship between inflation and unemployment is statistically insignificant for economy of Pakistan. The work in question adheres to the theoretical construct of Postcolonial theory by utilizing Bhabha’s concept of Hybridity which suggests that the colonizers and the colonized, through their interaction, mutually construct their subjectivities and this interaction destabilizes the hierarchy of superior and inferior cultures. The research is primarily qualitative in nature and the selected texts namely, An American Brat (1993) and The Crow Eaters (1980) are subjected to close reading for explicating the instances where the characters’ social practices and personal experiences display hybrid cultural forms, patterns and parameters. The novels actually depict a clash and an unbalanced conflict between different cultures. Though the characters yearn for saving their own cultures yet at the same time they are forced to sacrifice their traditions. . The current research shines light on the implications of multiculturalism and highlights an increasing interaction between different nations. The study contends that identity is a process, constantly being redesigned and refashioned. In the light of the findings, it can be concluded that identity is fluid, never complete, always in process owing to transnational and transcultural flows in the globalized world of today. It is considered an effective instrument to ensure good governance practices in any state. According to the digital state survey, the USA ranked highly in e-governance delivery, Europe ranked second, and Asia ranked third in e-governance among all other regional entities. However, this survey ranked countries on social measures such as e-democracy, e-commerce, e-revenue, e-taxation, etc. Information and communication technology (ICT) has brought a revolutionary change in the performance of governments all over the world. Governments are using ICT for multiple purposes, i.e., they use Government to Employee technology (G2E) to make their communication and correspondence efficient with their employees; they use Government to Government technology (G2G) to make their record-keeping procedures smooth and efficient; and they use Government to Business (G2B) and Business to Government (B2G) technology to create ease in doing business and attract local and foreign investors for economic development. Governments use government-to-citizen technology (G2C) to make service delivery more efficient, responsive, and end-user-friendly. However, for a long time, governments remained reactive to e-governance strategies, but this trend has changed. Now, they are proactive in adopting the e-governance model to ensure better social indicators and a corruption-free society. This study used the descriptive approach to describe the various initiatives undertaken by the current government to enhance the service delivery of the public sector. But what is the influence of these political parties on the university students is a very critical issue. Through media teachers, parents, society members and educationists are opposing these parties. The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of these parties on the university students. Questionnaire and observation sheet are the tools of the research. This study was descriptive in nature and mix method (triangulation) approach was used. Findings of the study indicated that the subjects of the study (University Students, Parents and Teachers) were strongly against the students’ political parties and their activities. The results were also indicating that criminal damage, injuries, deaths are at top in the presence of these political parties in the universities. But in spite of concerted efforts, students of English language specifically at elementary level continue to lag behind in their academic achievement. Additionally, English language teachers feel themselves unequipped to fulfill the linguistics and academic needs of these learners without relevant professional development training. The main objective of this quasi experimental pre-test post-test design study, therefore, was to analyze the effect of SIOP model on students’ achievement in English in comparison with students who were not taught using this model. All the students enrolled in grade 8th in elementary schools of district Lodhran served as study population. Two intact/pre-existing sections of grade 8th in two elementary schools were taken as study sample. One section with 32 students (experimental group) was taught using SIOP model while the other section with 40 students (control group) received instruction with conventional methods. The inferential analysis of pre-test post-test data exhibited statistically significant differences in experimental group students’ English achievement level who received instruction with SIOP. Findings of this study suggest that the use of SIOP model has positive effect on English language learners (ELLs) academic achievement as well as closing the English achievement gap. Students’ academic achievement especially in mathematics has been considered as a crucial factor in determining the future progress of students. But unfortunately, the participation rate of students in mathematics is decreasing day by day. The main objectives of the study were to assess secondary school students’ anxiety in mathematics and to explore the causes of students’ anxiety in mathematics.  A sequential explanatory mixed method research design was used. The data was collected through both quantitative and qualitative methods. A five-point rating scale questionnaire was developed for quantitative data collection. The tool was validated through pilot testing. 100 students participated in pilot testing. Internal consistency of the instrument was assessed by Croanbach’s alpha which was 0.7. The targeted population of the study was both male and female secondary school students from the district Bahawalpur, Punjab.  Out of the whole population, 726 male and female students were approached via multi-stage sampling technique.  After quantitative data collection data was entered in SPSS version 20 and percentage, frequency distribution and mean score was calculated.  Based on the quantitative data results it was observed that secondary school students were numerophobic and had moderately a high level of anxiety in mathematics. On the basis of quantitative results, interviews of secondary school teachers were conducted to explore the causes of students’ anxiety in mathematics. 20 teachers were approached via purposive sampling. The main objective of this study was to know the usefulness of monitoring and evaluation system and to investigate how the teachers and administrators perceive school effectiveness through monitoring and evaluation system. This study is helpful for the educational leaders to know the advantages and disadvantages of monitoring system. Elementary school teachers (4013) of district Bahawalnagar were the population of this study. The sample of the study was selected by using multistage sampling technique. A thorough review of literature was carried out to develop relevant data collection tools. A questionnaire with five-point Likert scale was developed to record the responses of the participants of the study. The questionnaire was constructed with the statements about determinants for monitoring and evaluation in system of education at elementary school level. Quantitative data was collected and analysed using descriptive statistics e.g., mean, and standard deviation through computer software SPSS-21. A questionnaire comprised of 19 statements including two objectives was devised as a research tool. The findings and conclusion of the study related to effectiveness found that monitoring system for the evaluation of the schools is working partly. The analysis of the data revealed that the monitoring and evaluation system is helpful in enhancing total school performance. However, still there are some gaps in the system which needs to be plugged in.
