Penyediaan air dan sanitasi lingkungan terkadang tidak mencukupi untuk bersama sehingga dapat menimbulkan permasalahan kesehatan di pondok pesantren. Tujuan: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan kesehatan di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Tuksono Sentolo Kulon Progo dengan melakukan screening kesehatan. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian dengan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara langsung. Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan yaitu pemeriksaan tekanan darah, tinggi badan, berat badan dan pemeriksaan fisik oleh dokter. Hasil: permasalahan yang ditemui di panti asuhan meliputi adanya gangguan kulit, adanya siswa yang mengalami gizi kurang dan gizi lebih. Kesimpulan: Adanya permasalahan gangguan kulit perlu adanya edukasi pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Permasalahan gizi perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan adanya edukasi pola makan dan gizi seimbang pada santri.\u0000Kata Kunci: gizi, masalah kesehatan, pesantren, skabies\u0000_________________________________________________________________________________________\u0000Abstract\u0000Background: Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have the characteristic that their students live in the same dormitory. The provision of water and sanitation for the environment could be improved for the community so that it can cause health problems in Islamic boarding schools. Objective: This service aims to find health problems at the Muhammadiyah Tuksono Sentolo Kulon Progo Orphanage by conducting health screening. Method: method of implementing the service program with direct health examinations. Examinations carried out were checking blood pressure, height, weight, and physical examination by a doctor. Result: problems encountered in the orphanage include skin disorders, students who experience malnutrition, and excess nutrition. Conclusion: There are problems with skin disorders, and there is a need for education on a clean and healthy lifestyle. Hasil: Status gizi sebagian besar siswa tergolong status gizi normal. Gambaran perkembangan anak di KBTK Aisyiyah Sumberejo Klaten sebagian besar sesuai (88,64%). Objective: to help recognize the early growth and development of preschoolers. Method: This activity took place on KBTK Aisyiyah Sumberejo Klaten. Beberapa indikator untuk menurunkan angka mortalitas masalah kulit melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang perilaku kebersihan diri bagi santri, pengasuh dan pengelola pesantren. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan sebagai upaya preventif dan kuratif untuk menurunkan masalah kesehatan kulit menggunakan pemanfaatan bahan alam. Metode: Metode yang diaplikasikan menggunakan metode course review horay yang dikombinasikan dengan media video. Kegiatan diawali dengan pengisian kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan perilaku santri mengenai kebersihan pribadi dan penyakit kulit (skabies), dilanjutkan dengan pendidikan kesehatan, simulasi dan role play pembuatan gel aloe vera serta penggunaanya sebagai obat topikal, selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran kuesioner. Hasil: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang upaya preventif dan kuratif masalah kesehatan kulit dengan pemanfaatan bahan alam gel aloe vera menunjukkan adanya peningkatan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap perilaku kebersihan diri dari kategori sedang (67%) menjadi sangat baik (90%) disertai dengan penurunan kejadian masalah kesehatan di lingkungan pesantren. Several indicators to reduce the mortality rate of skin problems through increasing knowledge and attitudes about personal-hygiene behavior for santri, caregivers, and pesantren managers. Objective: Increasing knowledge, attitudes, and actions as a preventive and curative effort to reduce skin health problems using natural ingredients. Method: The method applied uses the course review horay method combined with video media. The activity began with filling out a questionnaire about the knowledge and behavior of the students regarding personal hygiene and skin disease (scabies), followed by health education, simulation, and role play in making aloe vera gel and its use as a topical medicine, then measuring the questionnaire. Banyak keluarga yang kehilangan pendapatan karena banyaknya pemutusan hubungan kerja sehingga membutuhkan ketrampilan berwirausaha bagi para ibu rumah tangga untuk menumbuhkan ekonomi keluarga. Sari pebren merupakan minuman sehat dengan bahan dasar tempe kedelai dan rice bren yang dibuat tanpa limbah yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan ekonomii keluarga. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu-ibu Aisyiyah Kowangan dalam Pembuatan sari pebren tanpa limbah. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan materi teori dan praktik. Keberhasilan kegiatan diukur berdasarkan penilaian pre-test dan post-test. Hasil: Pengetahuan partisipan dalam pembuatan pebren meningkat sebesar 95.12%, pengetahuan pembuatan label meningkat sebesar 83.72%, pengetahuan pemasaran digital meningkat sebesar 77.5%, pengetahuan pengurusan NIB meningkat 87.7%, pengetahuan pengurusan sertifikat halal meningkat 84.44%. Hasil evaluasi praktik yang dilakukan baik pada tahap persiapan, proses pengolahan, penyajian maupun kreatifitas sebagian besar kelompok mendapatkan nilai lebih dari 80, artinya semua kelompok melakukan praktik dengan baik sesuai arahan pembimbing saat demonstrasi dilakukan. Evaluasi terhadap potensi sari pebren 84% dalam kategori baik. Partisipan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan sangat bermanfaat sebesar 66%, sisanya sebesar 34% mengatakan bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Hanjeli memiliki kadar pati dan karbohidrat yang tinggi, protein yang rendah dan komponen kalsium, maka hanjeli dinilai sangat baik untuk diolah menjadi bahan pangan. Penggunaan tepung bebas gluten untuk bahan pembuatan bolu sangat baik untuk penderita celiac dan intoleransi gluten. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hanjeli dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap produk olahan hanjeli. Metode: Tim pengabdian masyarakat Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri, Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Rumah Hanjeli Indonesia telah membuat formulasi produksi bolu berbahan tepung hanjeli. Tim pengabdian memberikan pelatihan dan edukasi kepada masyarakat di sekitar Kawasan Geopark Ciletuh tentang pemanfaatan biji hanjeli dan potensi pengolahannya menjadi produk pangan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari biji hanjeli. Hasil: Pembuatan bolu dengan tepung hanjeli dihadiri 12 peserta yang aktif bertanya dan berdiskusi selama pelatihan berlangsung. Kesimpulan: Transfer pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan bolu dengan tepung hanjeli dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Hanjeli has high levels of starch and carbohydrates, low proteins, and calcium components, therefore, hanjeli is considered for food ingredient. The gluten-free flour for cake-making is beneficial for people with celiac and gluten intolerance. Objective: This training activity is to improve the community's knowledge of processed hanjeli products, the economic value of hanjeli flour, and the surrounding community's economy. Method: The community service team of the Agro-industrial Technology Education Study Program, Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia had created a formulation of cake production made from hanjeli flour. The community service team in collaboration with Rumah Hanjeli Indonesia provided education and training to the community around the Ciletuh Geopark Area about the utilization of hanjeli seeds and the food product processing that it can increase the economic value of hanjeli sources. Result: The training for making cakes with hanjeli flour was attended by 12 participants who actively asked questions and discussed. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya dapat dipicu dari dalam diri maupun lingkungan sekitar seseorang. Dampak dari pernikahan dini secara psikologis dapat menganggu gangguan mental, tekanan sosial dan kecanduan maupun dampak kesehatan adalah keguguran, persalinan premature, berat badan lahir rendah dan kelainan bawaan, mudah terjadi infeksi, anemia kehamilan dan kematian ibu serta berbagai dampak lainnya. Tujuan: Memberikan informasi melalui penyuluhan tentang dampak dari pernikahan dini kepada perwakilan OSIS SMP di Kota Ternate. Metode: Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan di Royal Resto Function Kelurahan Kalumpang Kecamatan Kota Ternate Tengah yang diikuti oleh perwakilan OSIS SMP di Kota Ternate sebanyak 36 orang. Pre-test diberikan sebelum penyuluhan berlangsung, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian penyuluhan tentang dampak pernikahan dini menggunakan media PPT dan proyektor. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan pemberian post-test kepada para peserta. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan bagi peserta berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan rata-rata nilai post tes lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata pre-test. Several causative factors can be triggered from within and from the environment around a person. The impact of early marriage psychologically can interfere with mental disorders, social pressure and addiction as well as health impacts, namely miscarriage, premature labor, low birth weight and congenital abnormalities, easy infection, anemia of pregnancy and maternal death. Objective: To Provide information through counseling about early marriage to representatives of the Middle School Student Council in Ternate City. Method: The counseling activity was carried out at the Royal Resto Function of Kalumpang Village, Central Ternate City District, which was attended by representatives of Middle School Student Council from Ternate City 36 people. The pre-test was given before the counseling took place, then continued with the provision of counseling on early marriage using PPT and projector media. The activity ended with giving post-tests to the participants. Result: There is an increase in knowledge for participants based on the results of the pre-test and post-test with an average post-test score higher than the pre-test average score. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang stunting pada ibu hamil dan ibu yang memiliki balita di Kelurahan Rum Balibunga. Metode: dilakukan penyuluhan yang kemudian untuk melihat indikator keberhasilan yang dicapai maka, dalam penyuluhan ini menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil: Rerata nilai pengetahuan peserta tentang stunting mengalami peningkatan yaitu semula hasil pre-test sebesar 5,20 menjadi sebesar 7,60 saat post-test (p = 0.000). Nilai pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting yang mengalami peningkatan menunjukan bahwa materi yang diberikan melalui penyuluhan dapat diterima dan dipahami dengan baik. Kesimpulan: kegiatan penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan stunting. Direkomendasikan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk terus memberikan edukasi terkait stunting dan pencegahannya sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih berperan aktif dalam mencegah stunting pada anak.\u0000Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, penyuluhan, stunting \u0000______________________________________________________________________________________\u0000Abstract\u0000Background: Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutrition for a long time, thus causing growth retardation in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (dwarf) than the standard age. Objective: To increase knowledge about stunting in pregnant women and mothers with toddlers in Rum Balibunga Village Method: counseling with pre-test and post-test to see indicators of success achieved. Result: The average value of participants' knowledge about stunting increased, namely the pre-test result was 5.20 to 7.60 during the post-test (p=0.000). The value of the mother's knowledge about stunting which has increased shows that the material provided through counseling can be well received and understood. Conclusion: extension activities can increase knowledge about stunting prevention. Berdasarkan data dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI tahun 2020, prevalensi stunting sebesar 24,1% diharapkan pada tahun 2024 turun menjadi 14%. Prevalensi stunting di Jawa Tengah masih 20,9% dan kota Semarang 21,3%. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Stunting pada ibu-ibu PKK. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil: Hasil pengukuran pre-test dan post-test, sebelum dan setelah dilakukan sosialisasi tentang stunting pada ibu-ibu PKK RT 3 RW 2, diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai pre-test berkisar 0-100 dengan nilai 57,9 ± 19,5 (x ± SD). Nilai hasil post-test berkisar 50-100 dengan nilai 85,5 ± 16,6 (x ± SD). Rerata nilai pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test berdistribusi tidak normal, namun berbeda bermakna (p=0,000). Rerata nilai pengetahuan sebelum soaialisasi 57,9 dan sesudah sosialisasi 85,5. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan sosialisasi dengan penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting. Direkomendasikan melaksanakan sosialisasi tentang kesehatan secara berkala kepada ibu PKK untuk menjaga derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health for 2020, the prevalence of stunting is 24.1% and it is hoped that in 2024 it will decrease to 14%. The prevalence of stunting in Central Java is still 20.9% and in Semarang city is 21.3%. Objective: Increase knowledge about stunting among PKK mothers. Method: Community service activities are carried out by outreach using lecture and discussion methods. Results: The results of the pre-test and post-test measurements, before and after the socialization about stunting for PKK RT 3 RW 2 mothers, showed that the pre-test scores ranged from 0-100 with a value of 57.9 ± 19.5 (x ± SD). Post-test results ranged from 50-100 with a value of 85.5 ± 16.6 (x ± SD). The mean pre-test and post-test knowledge scores were not normally distributed, but significantly different (p=0.000). The mean value of knowledge before socialization was 57.9 and after socialization was 85.5. Conclusion: Outreach activities with counseling can increase mothers' knowledge about stunting. It is recommended to carry out periodic health outreach to PKK mothers to maintain the health status of the community. Kesejahteraan keluarga ibu bekerja menjadi berkurang dikarenakan mompreneur mengalami stress akibat konflik peran ganda dan beban kerja berlebihan. Kesehatan mental dapat diukur dengan melihat tingkat kecemasan stres seseorang. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui kesehatan mental ibu pekerja yang memiliki anak usia Taman Kanak-Kanak. Metode: Observasi dilakukan pada 36 mompreneur di TK Kuncup Mekar Gogik. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode angket. Hasil: Mompreneur merasa mudah marah karena hal-hal sepele (75%), selain itu kadang-kadang mereka mengkhawatirkan hal-hal yang belum tentu terjadi. Sebagian besar dari mompreneur yang kadang-kadang merasa sulit untuk bersabar (63,9%) dan mudah tersinggung (61,1%) serta (25%) dari mereka sering kelelahan karena pekerjaan. Mengenai hubungan komunikasi dengan anak mereka mengakui jika hubungannya dekat dengan anak (75%), sering menjelaskan tentang hal-hal yang tidak boleh dilakukan oleh anak (80,6%), sering melakukan diskusi dengan anak (61,1%), serta merasa harus belajar tentang perkembangan anak meskipun sibuk bekerja (75%). Kesimpulan: Ibu dituntut untuk mengerjakan kewajibannya terhadap pekerjaan, namun pada saat yang bersamaan ibu juga dituntut untuk tidak melupakan kodratnya sebagai ibu dan istri, ibu bekerja tetap berusaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi suami dan anak-anaknya.\u0000Kata Kunci: kesehatan mental, stress, mompreneur\u0000_______________________________________________________________________________________\u0000Abstract\u0000Background: Mompreneurs or working mothers are a vulnerable group and are at risk for psychosocial hazards. The welfare of working mothers' families is reduced because mompreneurs experience stress due to multiple role conflicts and excessive workloads. Mental health can be measured by looking at a person's level of anxiety and stress. Objective: To determine the mental health status of working mothers of kindergarten students. Methods: Observations were made on 36 mompreneurs at Kuncup Mekar Gogik Kindergarten. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. Result: Mompreneurs feel irritable because of trivial things (75%), besides that sometimes they worry about things that don't necessarily happen. There is also a large proportion of mompreneurs who sometimes find it difficult to be patient (63.9%) and easily irritated (61.1%) and (25%) of them are often exhausted because of work. Regarding communication relations with their children, they admit that they have a close relationship with children (75%), most of the children should not do (80.6%), often have discussions with children (61.1%), and feel have to learn about child development even though busy at work (75%).
