Since its participation in the development of integrity zone, KPPN Pekanbaru has been selected as a working unit with the predicate of Corruption Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucracy (WBBM) and has become the pioneer of Integrity Zone for Riau Province. This is inseparable from the capabilities of leaders and employees of KPPN Pekanbaru. The purposes of this study were to analyze the dynamic governance capability in the development of Integrity Zone and to identify the supporting factors for the dynamic governance capability in KPPN Pekanbaru. The theoretical concepts used are the theories of dynamic governance capability by Neo and Chen, namely thinking ahead, thinking again and thinking across. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, the data in this study were obtained from observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service System at the Sumenep Regency Public Service Mall, East Java, is still relatively new. In fact, this system still needs significant improvement. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the One Stop Integrated Service System at Public Service Malls in Sumenep Regency, East Java and to find out how far the Effectiveness of the Implementation of One Stop Integrated Services at Public Service Malls in Sumenep Regency, East Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained through observation techniques, interviews, documentation and literature study. The theory used is the theory of effectiveness measurement according to Kettner, Moroney, and Martin including effort, cost efficiency, result, cost effectiveness, impact. The data analysis technique used was proposed by Miles & Huberman namely data collection, data reduction or data simplification, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results obtained are that the application of a One-Stop Integrated Service System at Public Service Malls in Sumenep Regency, East Java is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a Public Service Mall, the Implementation of a One-Stop Integrated Service System at Public Service Malls in Sumenep Regency, East Java is already effective. The performance of the public bureaucracy is based on five main indicators, including productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the employees of the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is qualitative-exploratory research. The results showed that the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto Regency has had a good performance even though operationally there are still employees who tend to delay their duties and work. Factors supporting the effectiveness of performance are indicated by the existence of motivation through rewards for outstanding employees, punishment as an act of employee discipline, and the delegation of training and training to improve employee competence. The strategy for developing coastal areas in Trenggalek Regency has been stated in Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2012 concerning Spatial Planning of Trenggalek Regency for 2012-2032. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in an effort to understand the sustainability of coastal development in Trenggalek Regency. Data were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with the head of Bappeda (Regional Development Planning Agency of Trenggalek Regency) and the community around Prigi Beach, Trenggalek Regency. Data analysis techniques with interactive models are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Aspects of sustainable development in Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency include (1) ecology, the existence of Prigi Bay provides benefits in the fields of Tourism, Fisheries and Marine, namely Prigi Beach, Damas Beach, Cengkrong Beach, Mangrove Tourism Forest, Karanggongso White Sand Beach and Pearl Beach. To answer this question, this paper uses the policy implementation theory from Edwards III and a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research shows that the implementation has been realized, both seen from the communication carried out by the Great River Basin Office (BBWS) through the initial stages of communication, the implementation of the socialization of flood control patterns, the implementation of embankment construction, compensation to monthly evaluations to monitor the implementation of policies, as well as competent appropriate resources. in carrying out their duties, a supportive bureaucratic structure and a clear non-overlapping division of authority carried out by BBWS Bengawan Solo so that the implementation of the policy is carried out properly and is free from the annual flood disaster since 2013. One of them is the right to get a job. The role of the government is very much needed by people with disabilities so that the rights of people with disabilities can be fulfilled. The size of the government's role will greatly affect the extent to which the rights of persons with disabilities can be fulfilled. Therefore, this study analyzes the role of the government in providing fulfillment of work rights for Persons with Disabilities in Yogyakarta City and Denpasar City. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This study describes the problem of fulfilling the employment rights of persons with disabilities with different loci, namely in Yogyakarta and Denpasar. Based on the results of the analysis of the government's role, the activities carried out by both the Denpasar City Government and the Yogyakarta City Government are almost the same, namely providing training to people with disabilities, outreach to job providers and connecting people with disabilities with job providers which are still done manually. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Jajaran Polres Cilegon dalam mendukung suksesnya Zona Integritas dalam membangun Polisi Republik Indonesia (POLRI) yang Presisi. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Polres Cilegon sebagai Polres percontohan untuk pembangunan zona integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM) dari Polda Banten. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Polres Cilegon berhasil melaksanakan Reformasi Birokrasi dalam bidang Pelayanan Publik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan diraihnya predikat dari Kepmenpan RB sebagai Wilayah Bebas Korupsi Tahun 2021. However, in carrying out its role, the Food and Agriculture Service has several obstacles encountered in the field, including the Service has not been able to ensure the availability of fertilizers, limitations in human resources and budgets that have caused rice production in Sidoarjo Regency to decline. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. The data were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with the Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, the Head of Planning, and a combination of farmer groups. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the government's role as a direct provision of goods and services cannot be carried out optimally by the Food and Agriculture Service, especially in providing fertilizer according to the request of the farmers because the subsidized fertilizer stock provided by the Service is still incomplete. This article aims to describe and analyze the causes of a country with a democratic system that guarantees freedom of association and assembly, plus the statement of the President Joko Widodo regime, which urges the public to be active in criticizing the government instead to act repressively and the causes of social movements through community organizations to become strong. This research was conducted by observing community organizations (Ormas) and studying literature. The results showed that repressive actions until the dissolution of mass organizations were carried out because the more significant the threat of a social movement, social movement organization, or protest activity against the government and government elites, the more possible repressive actions will be carried out. Meanwhile, what makes mass organizations exist is analyzed based on the theory of the political process, in which the mass organizations make movements because they see political opportunities and then add the strength of popular organizations. Even though political and organizational opportunities alone do not quickly produce social movements, someone with his leadership is needed to fill the political opportunity and the organization’s strength, such as the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), which owns Habib Rizieq Shihab.
