There was a slight increase in the number of species in decomposing wheat internodes on 30th day followed by substantial decline on 90th day. On the 150th day a sharp rise was observed followed by a sharp decline on 210th day. From decomposing wheat leaves the number of species isolated was exactly similar to that internode. However on 90th day moderate increase was observed. There was no change in number of species isolated from decomposing chaff on 30th day. On 90th day there is a negligible increase followed by a slight increase on 150th days. The number of fungal species isolated from the mixed straw remain unchanged till 30th day followed by moderate increase on 150th day when it reached almost double the number of species isolated in the beginning.

The solvent system \u0000and wavelength were optimized in order to maximize the sensitivity of the proposed method, Eperisone \u0000Hydrochloride shows the maximum absorbance at 255 nm. The Agilent HPLC 1200 series system, employed with \u0000software EZ Chrom Elite was used for proposed analytical work. Column chromatographic development was carried \u0000out with the help of reversed-phase mode using HiQSil C18 (4.6 mm X 250 mm, 5 mm i.d., 5 μm particle size). The \u0000optimized mobile phase consisted of Methanol: Double distilled water (pH maintain 3) (90:10 %v/v) as the mobile \u0000phase and detection wavelength of 255 nm.Flow rate was kept at 0.8 mL min-1. Drug- Eperisone Hydrochloride was \u0000well resolved and retained at 2.9 min. Performance characteristics of HPLC method for estimation of EPE in bulk and \u0000its marketed dosage form were statistically validated as per recommendations of ICH guidelines of analytical method \u0000validation. This method was validated for accuracy, precision, linearity, LOD & LOQ of sample solution. The HPLC \u0000method was found to be linear with R2 value of 0.9942 and across the range 10 μg/ml- 90 μg/ml. The LOD 0.645 \u0000μg/ml and LQD values were found to be 0.645 μg/ml and 1.957μg/ml respectively. The method was found to be \u0000accurate, precise, robust and economical for the analysis of EPE from bulk and its formulation. Thus this method can \u0000be safely and successful employed for analysis of routine samples and quality control of drugs in pharmaceutical \u0000formulations.

Pepper fruits are one of them which have been established as bioenhancer for some selected drugs. In Ayureveda since centuries it is called as “Yogvahi”. Black pepper fruits are the supporting evidence where piperine was one of the ingredients of “Trikatu”. Black pepper fruits are used in different food, drink, dessert, perfume as a brandy flavors and preservative of pickles. It is well known as “King of Spices”. Piperine enhances the bioavailability of structurally and therapeutically differ-ent drugs, either by increasing the absorption or by delaying the metabolism of the drug or by a combination of both processes. It is evident that black pepper fruits have been used as bio-enhancer in allopathic system of medicine. Piperine has been used as bioenhancer for certain antibacterial- antibiotics with promising results. The interaction of piperine with drug-metabolizing enzymes is responsible for oxidation, hydroxylation and glucuronidation. Piperine appears to top in the list of bioenhancers as it has been used as bioenhancer for Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Unani drugs. Piperine enhances Cmax of different drugs significantly.

The facial skin can be protected by applying various cosmetics intended specially \u0000for facial application, It can be a cream, lotion face mask or peel off mask etc. Peel off mask is the type of dosage form \u0000which is gently applied onto the facial skin surface and is peeled off after few minutes of its application. It is used as \u0000the remedy to treat facial skin related problems such as wrinkles, ageing, acne and mainly used to open the closed \u0000pores due to deposition of dust. Its main role is to Stimulate the metabolism due to its occlusive effect. Activated \u0000charcoal is being added as an active ingredient in this formulation. The most important characteristic of an activated \u0000carbon is its adsorbant activity. Using it as an active ingredient in peel off mask, it adds to its value by enhancing the \u0000role of peel off mask by absorbing dust particles and opening the clogged pores. Literature survey reveals many \u0000papers related to formulation of herbal peel off masks, but no any reported paper was found on Activated Charcoal \u0000peel off mask. In this paper, we have formulated Activated Charcoal peel off mask and Evaluated it by using various \u0000tests methods. The formulation showed overwhelming results after its application on healthy female volunteers.
