It is hoped that the findings of this study can contribute to the development of studies on financial management. The research population is LQ45 companies listed on the IDX in 2020, with secondary data collection from sites (Yahoo Finance, n.d.) and (Indonesian Stock Exchange, n.d.). Quantitative research data analysis techniques used in the form of descriptive analysis techniques, hypothesis analysis. Testing the data from this research is in the form of a t-hypothesis test, and by using the Ms. excel. (2) To find out, test, and analyze the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. In this study, the population was all employees of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, namely 99 employees (Health Service Data for 2020). The sample is part of the population members. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample. The number of samples used in this study is all members of the population of the research object, as many as 99 respondents. The data collection technique used is the documentation of existing data in the agency and the distribution of questionnaires through the google form. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SEM Structural Equation Analysis model with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study show that the increase in performance can increase is really influenced by high employee motivation. Organizational culture has no significant impact on employee job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Employee competence is proven to have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. Employee work motivation does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee work organizational culture does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The approach used in this study is causality between variables, while the sampling technique used is a census method, which means that the entire population is a target sample of 52 respondents who are business leaders. To measure the variables in this study, variable indicators consisting of a five-level Likert scale have been used, while the analysis method used to demonstrate the hypothesis is SmartPLS Software. The results of this study find that information technology has a positive contribution to improving information quality and management performance in the digital printing industry. The results show that improving information quality and management performance can be achieved by using new information technology and computer-based telecommunications. It was also found that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on improving managerial performance. The results showed that organizational commitment and competence were significantly positive on job satisfaction. Motivation is significantly positive on Job Satisfaction. Work culture is not significant to job satisfaction, organizational commitment is not significant to employee performance. Competence is significantly negative on employee performance. Motivation is not significant to employee performance. This study aims to see whether there is an influence between work motivation, discipline, and work culture with job satisfaction and teacher performance at public junior high schools in Sukajadi district. The population is 95 people and a sample of 77 teachers is obtained from 4 public junior high schools in Sukajadi sub-district. Data analysis techniques include Outer Model and Inner Model as well as Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, work motivation also has a positive effect on performance. Then, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction but discipline has no positive effect on teacher performance. And work culture has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, it also has a positive effect on teacher performance. As well as the combined effect of ethics and employee training on the quality of customer service at PT XL AXIATA. The author adopted a descriptive research design. This study uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data, which means that the data is obtained directly by the respondent. In this study, the distribution of questionnaires as many as 83 respondents. The test used to test is a research instrument in the form of validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test.
