The author will design the application to recommend the best AC where each calculation methods can be tested using the Confusion Matrix Calculation. David, Kuswoyo Kuswoyo","doi":"10.35145/jabt.v1i1.20","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35145/jabt.v1i1.20","url":null,"abstract":"This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance in Pubic Elementary schools in Rimba Melintang District, Riau Province, Indonesia. This analysis was conducted on 19 elementary schools with 190 respondents. The samples were taken and collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis used path analysis to analyze patterns of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct and indirect effects of a set of exogenous variables (motivation and organizational culture) on endogenous variables (satisfaction and performance). The results showed that job satisfaction and teacher performance on motivation and organizational culture processed and tested using path analysis showed that there was an influence of motivation and organizational culture on satisfaction but not on employee performance. The novelty of this study lied in the results of data analysis. It indicated that partially, motivation and culture had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance but not so with the influence of motivation and work culture on performance through satisfaction. Motivation and organizational culture had no significant effect on performance based on the variable of job satisfaction. The study recommends that the schools should provide soft skills training (personality) and communication for teachers to act in accordance with religious, legal and social norms. They also should improve work ethic and responsibility. Educators also need to have an understanding that they are the role models in the community. The number of examination scripts received from students is a problem for a teacher to see the similarity of students' answers with the answer key. At present, there is no system that can assist in checking answers. This study began with the selection stage, which is done by the interview process and filling out the questionnaire. Then proceed with an analysis of this case is used to look for possible development needs of the system. Then the programming language used is PHP and uses MySql database. Web-Based Essay Answer Detection Application Using Cosine Similarity Method in Saint Mary Senior High School. With the application of the essay answer detection application in Saint Mary Senior High School, it is hoped that it will be easier for the teacher to conduct the exam. This study included 46 property companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used were event study to calculate the abnormal return and trading volume activity which was paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the tax amnesty announcement. This is a way to build a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship between business owners and consumers. This study aimed to analyze the effect of relational marketing on consumer trust and consumer loyalty at Mega Sanel Lestari, Pekanbaru. The population in this study was consumers who made at least a purchase transaction at Mega Sanel Lestari, Pekanbaru with a total sample of 100 respondents. The study used SmartPLS 3 program. The results of the study indicate that relationship marketing and consumer trust have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Henson Alfa Gros is on Pekanbaru and has made transactions more than 2 times. The number of respondents in this study was 100 businesses. The data collection technique that was used is the questionnaire method. Questionnaire is a way of collecting data through a list of questions that the author has prepared aimed at respondents who will be sampled, while for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that Trust has an effect on Consumer Loyalty and Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty at PT.
