On the theoretical basis of foreign research by eminent authors from various parts of the world, companies that achieve competitiveness on a global scale by applying TQM create valuable experience in studying this problem. The aim of the work is to present the impact of Total Quality Management on company performance and competitiveness by analyzing selected existing literature. The work is dedicated to the development and models of TQM, describing the Quality Management System, standardization and implementation effects. TQM's impact on leadership, human resources, organizational and business performance in creating and sustainable competitiveness has been made. Their great appliance is enabled because smoke presents the consequence of f almost every fire. The realisation of these detectors can be in the form of point smoke detectors, in the form of linear smoke detectors and in the form of special smoke detectors. Generally, there are rules for arrangement of these detectors related to valid standards. Standards in some cases can be similar, but in some cases, there can be some differences between standards. This is specially noted for smoke detectors arrangement in special cases. One of such case is room with girts. Girts can be different located in room and can have functional or aesthetic purpose. In practice such market conditions is hard to find. The aim of this paper is to point out the problem of the equilibrium of an enterprise in the conditions when one company with a monopsonic position on a market of inputs sells its product only to one firm which has a monopoly position in the market of its output, which actually means solving the problem of equilibrium of the enterprise in the conditions of bilateral monopoly. By integrating these enterprises, the market condition of the bilateral monopoly is going to be transformed into a new structure, well-known as the market state of the monemporium. The integrated enterprise has an extremely strong market power manifested through both on the side of selling its output and on the procurement of production inputs. The resulting glycolysate was then treated with maleic anhydride and finally with 2-octanol to obtain a 2-EtHex/MA/DEG/PET/EG/MA/2-EtHex plasticizer. The characterization of the obtained plasticizer was performed by infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transform (FTIR) and NMR spectroscopy. In the production of gas silicate, the agent used for the creation of pores is usually aluminum powder, which reacts with Ca(OH)2 to release hydrogen, which in turn causes the swelling of the material and the forming of pores. To generate quicklime CaO with a specific reactivity, it is necessary to accurately determine the rock mass, calcination temperature and residence time in the calcination zone during the calcination process. The theoretical and experimental method was used in the paper. The basic production equipment in the \"Kreka\" coal mine in Tuzla has electrical plants with a total peak load of 12 MW, and the costs for electrical energy exceed €3.5 million annually. The paper analyzes the suitability of infrastructure facilities and devastated areas of the Kreka Coal Mine in Tuzla for the construction of photovoltaic power plants and the effects of such plants. The results of the analysis show a significant resource for the installation of photovoltaic power plants with a capacity of 230 MW. The production of electricity from these photovoltaic power plants enables a reduction of emissions into the air by 190 t/year of particle emissions, by 316.2 •103 t/year of CO2 emissions, by 58.15 t/year of SO2 emissions and by 251.9 t/year of emissions NOx. The application of conventional metrology systems and the procedures that support them have become a limiting factor in terms of flexibility and measurement accuracy. The main problem problem is the rapid metrological identification of complex metrological tasks, such as, for example, shape and position tolerances for parts of medium and high accuracy. In addition to metrological identification, the problem is also the connection of metrological databases, which has a direct impact on the obtain results accuracy. In order to solve these problems, this paper presents an approach to modeling a digital measuring twin based on a numerically controlled measuring machine. In a broader sense, the developed model integrates machine and computer technologies and was applied in the field of metrology, that is, the examination of achieved tolerances on machine parts using CMM. The excitation system is powered by an excitation transformer connected to the busbars of the aggregate with a transmission ratio of 14.4/0.42 kV. The aim of this project is to show the characteristics of the old ABB UNITROL 5000 excitation system as well as the improvements obtained by installing the new ABB UNITROL 6000 excitation system of unit 1 at the Trebinje Hydroelectric Power Plant 1. The reconstruction of the excitation system was carried out as part of the regular annual overhaul of the hydroelectric power plant by representatives of the company \"Advensys engineering\" d.o.o. - Zagreb, through cooperation with the staff of the power plant. One of the ways to overcome these problems is the digital transformation of society. Digital transformation projects in certain areas are not simple, and therefore it is necessary to draw conclusions about their realization with great care and adequate assessments. The digitalization of agriculture has significant effects that enable the success of farmers, but also of society, in terms of achieving economic, social and environmental sustainability. The basic specificity of agricultural production in relation to industries is that agricultural production largely depends on climatic conditions and the quality of the soil itself. One more specificity of agricultural production is that the time period from the start of investment to the achievement of the first results is much longer than in other industries. In addition, the total income is not evenly distributed over the months, but arrives once a year, or at very short intervals.
