Community service activities can be a means of education and attract public interest in diabetes and tuberculosis. The education for making liquid dish soap uses various surfactants, including: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate, Cocamido Propyl Betaine. Soap making only mixes the ingredients in a predetermined sequence. The purpose of this education for making liquid dishwashing soap is to provide knowledge and training and reduce public spending on purchasing soap, as well as opportunities to create new business opportunities. Participants are given the opportunity to make their own preparations accompanied by facilitators from trained lecturers and students. There were 30 active participants and were asked to fill in the Pre Test and at the end of the Post Test event, with the results of the analysis showing an increase in good knowledge regarding the uses of various kinds of water and the functions of the several compositions of ingredients used for making liquid soap. Participants were also asked to fill out a questionnaire for activity evaluation. This questionnaire has been tested for validity by comparing the value of r table with the value of rcalculated at significance (0.05), and declared valid because all questions are greater than r table, namely > 0.2673. The reliability test also shows a reliable questionnaire which shows that the value of Cronbach's Alpha is greater than the constant value of 0.823, which is greater than the constant value of 0.600. Evaluation of the activity was based on the total percentage of answers stating \"Very good (60.9%)\" and \"Good (35.0%)\", so that it can be seen that participant satisfaction was very high, namely 95.9%. The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the importance of increasing understanding regarding the processing of instant herbal medicine and raising awareness of the importance of improving skills in the form of training on making good and correct instant herbal medicine in Kemanisan village. The community service method used in this research is in the form of community relations through counseling and health training. The results showed that the knowledge level of the respondents before the training, namely 41,7 %, was in the sufficient category. The respondents' knowledge level after the training was 50% in the good category. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the respondents' knowledge level before and after counseling and training increased their knowledge. Indonesia is currently in the second-highest position in the world. Efforts to break the chain of TB in the community require capacity building for cadres as the spearhead in finding and assisting people with TB. The involvement of cadres in TB control programs can be realized through the provision of training. The purpose of cadre refreshment training is to provide understanding and skills for cadres in carrying out case-finding activities and treatment assistance for TB patients. The method used in this activity consists of teaching, simulation, field practice, and continuous evaluation. This training was attended by 45 cadres from 18 areas of the YABHYSA SSR intervention health center Sumenep. This program supports the health ministry program to reduce malnutrition among children through a supplementary food program (PMT). In Sei Keledang district (part of Samarinda) there are several problems regarding the PMT program, like inadequate infrastructure, decrement of posyandu visits, and limitation in monitoring nutrition status. \u0000Abstrak : Permasalahan gizi di wilayah Kalimantan Timur masuk ke dalam wilayah gizi kronis-akut. Ibukota Kaltim, Kota Samarinda memiliki prevalensi balita pendek dan kurus yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan upaya pengentasan malnutrisi melalui program Pro-Bebaya. Program ini mendukung salah satu program kesehatan, yaitu penyelenggaraan PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan) yang ditujukan pada anak dan balita. The selection of students as the target community is based on their role in society. This community service activity uses the educational socialization method by conducting counseling and demonstrations on how to make a dragon fruit peel formalin spray kit as a simple way to identify formalin in food. The purpose of this community service is to find out whether waste from dragon fruit peel can be used as a test tool for the formalin content of food preparations in food preparations. Food sources of carbohydrates with a low glycemic index (GI) can control blood sugar levels. GI is the rate at which food is absorbed into blood glucose. Purple sweet potato has a low GI so it is suitable as an alternative source of carbohydrates. Different cooking processes can affect the GI of the purple sweet potato, the frying technique produces the lowest GI compared to the boiling or baking technique. The manufacture of hybrid purple sweet potato flour is able to replace the use of wheat flour for processed food products.
