Development in technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, cloud computing, Machine Learning have enhanced the digital capabilities of VANET technology. However, even when communication performance has enhanced, security and privacy issues and threats have increased. In VANET for identity management and privacy-friendly authentication services Public Key Infrastructures (PKIs) are widely used. However, despite the security and privacy offered by PKI, there are still a number of challenges to be solved. The manual inspection of these damaged automobiles takes a long time. Processing vehicle insurance using pictures of damaged cars is a crucial industry with lots of possibilities for automation. A segmentation method for detecting vehicle damage that is based on machine learning. When submitting insurance claims, using photos taken at the scene of an accident can expedite the process and save time and money while also improving driver convenience. This work examines how much automotive damage is worth. This research focuses on computer vision-based studies from the previous five years. This Convolutional Neural Networks serve as the foundation for the methods utilised. Based on the study, a majority of the work focuses on Mask R-CNN, but there is still potential to increase the performance. Visible Light Communication (VLC) is a wireless Personal Area Network (PAN) technology based on Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) and operates in the license-free frequency band range of400 THz to 800 THz regulated by IEEE 802.15.7. The central idea of VLC is to consolidate communication with illumination. The paramount advantages of VLC encompass-a broad license-free spectrum, no interference with RF signals, distinct data broadcasting zones, satisfies eye and skin safety regulations and energy-efficient technology as it uses LEDs. The two-fold objective of this work is to evaluate the impact of variation of distance on the number of LEDs required to attain an illuminance of $sim$300 lux for a novel and realistic LED layout configuration and received power. The application software tool is MATLABO and the analysis tool is Microsoft ExcelOR. The investigation is performed using LEDs of varied luminous intensities in the range of 1000 mcd to 10,000 mcd from heterogeneous vendors and successfully models their trendline equations. The received power is evaluated experimentally using VLHW5100 LEDs.
