Most of the algorithms proposed in literature which address these aspects assume uniform distribution of nodes in the area under consideration (AUC). However, in real life random deployment of nodes is done in the presence of geographical constraints posed by these networks along with limitations of cost & time. In order to ascertain efficient utilization of the proposed algorithms in literature, a method which repositions the nodes to obtain uniform distribution in the given AUC is required. The present work proposes energy efficient molecule equilibrium (EEME) based decentralized algorithm to reposition the sensor nodes (SNs) uniformly which are randomly distributed at the time of network initialization. In the proposed method, the SNs are assumed to be mobile and are proposed to move cautiously so as to minimize the energy consumption incurred due to repositioning of nodes. The performance of algorithm after its simulation has been compared with state-of the-art node repositioning algorithms for WSNs. The results show that the proposed repositioning algorithm outperforms the compared methods in terms of energy consumption, uniformity, coverage and average distance covered by nodes.","PeriodicalId":224479,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Communication System, Computing and IT Applications (CSCITA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117197991","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of these methods are limited because of the large variety of character variations due to Kana, Matra, Ukar, Velanti, and Anusvar, which are specific to the Marathi grammar called Barakhadi. There is a need to have a dictionary-based word formulation to achieve full Marathi sentence recognition. In the proposed work, a Marathi sentence is recognized using a combination of full 454 variation detection of Devnagari characters and nearest dictionary word mapping using the k-nearest neighbour (KNN) model to achieve full sentence recognition. This is the first time full 454 (Vyanjan variation as per Barakhadi) character recognition instead of the traditional 58 characters (Vyanjans) has been attempted which leads to sentence recognition. The proposed method could achieve a sentence recognition accuracy of 86.84%, a 454 character classification accuracy was 89.52%, and the execution speed of the proposed system was 1.464 secs per word. For the training of the character recognition network, a separate dataset was created for all Vyanjan variations as per Barakhadi. This novel contribution of the proposed system will surely inspire researchers to explore Devnagari sentence recognition.","PeriodicalId":224479,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Communication System, Computing and IT Applications (CSCITA)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132654546","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is possible to gain insight into a person’s feelings by seeing the expressions on their face. This can also reveal information about the person’s level of discomfort, attentiveness, personality, social interaction, and physiological indications. The fact that facial expressions can be rather complicated and extremely varied depending on the individual being viewed presents a number of challenges for automatic facial expression analysis. In the work that has been proposed, some of the challenges that have been tackled include the extraction of facial features, the mapping of those features to highly discriminative spaces, the synthesis of emotions, the handling of multiple facial feature descriptors, and the detection of the intensity of Action Units. This is done with the intention of utilizing face components as opposed to holistic facial characteristics when conducting facial expression research. The approaches used to extract features need the extraction of face feature deformations from their normal states. These face feature deformations can be generated by a wide variety of mental states. The categorization of emotional qualities requires the utilization of both long-term and short-term memory in a bidirectional fashion (bi-LSTM). The approaches that are detailed in the work that is being presented have been applied to a standard database for the purpose of emotion recognition, pain intensity estimation, and facial action unit intensity detection so that the robustness of these methods may be demonstrated. The findings of the experiments show that the research work that was planned will be efficient as well as reliable.","PeriodicalId":224479,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Communication System, Computing and IT Applications (CSCITA)","volume":"178 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116434189","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Detecting anomalies in videos is difficult because of erratic nature of the event. Motivated by these issues we purpose a promising approach for video anomaly detection by using Residual Variational Autoencoder(RVAE) model which is able to detect anomalies in an unsupervised manner.RVAE can capture more complex patterns in the data and improve the reconstruction error of the model, In this model, the encoder takes the input and provides a low-dimensional latent representation of it, and the decoder learns to reconstruct the original input with minimum loss. Currently, the rainwater harvesting systems which have been developed are either for a large region that is not developed at all or a region with a scarcity of water. Our paper focuses on developing a system for areas where the deconstruction of existing buildings is not recommended or appreciated. In most metropolitan regions, another major concern for the implementation of rainwater harvesting tanks is the restriction of space. Our suggested system expresses a shared tank concept, where multiple neighboring buildings could share one water storage tank. This would reduce both-the space and expense related to the construction. An estimation of the cost and volume of the tank that needs to be built would given provided by the system.","PeriodicalId":224479,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Communication System, Computing and IT Applications (CSCITA)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121575952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
