The author used the methods of analogy and comparison, thanks to which he compared the technologies of propaganda manipulation during the First World War, the Second World War, and the Russian-Ukrainian war of 2014–2023. The author used the method of description, in particular, drawing up tables to show the similarities and differences of the technologies of propaganda manipulation in periods selected for the analysis of wars. The research methodologyconsisted of several procedures: creating Table 1 «Propaganda manipulation technologies during the First World War, the Second World War and the Russian-Ukrainian war 2014–2023», entering data according to the criteria: «Sources of propaganda», «Direction of propaganda», «Ideology», «Society's reaction to propagandistic manipulation technologies».Based on the resultsof the analysis, it was established that the maximum number of propaganda sources was found in the Russian-Ukrainian war of 2014–2023. Among the orientations of propaganda, their commonality was found in the wars chosen for research. In the table and diagram we created, we investigated and depicted the difference in ideologies, and established the so-called transformation of ideology from the period of one war to the period of another. Researching society's reaction to propagandist manipulation technologies revealed a tendency to decrease the number of reactions, which is explained by the increase in control of all spheres of life during the wartime period and oppression by the state regarding protests and oppositional actions of the population.Conclusions. Indeed, there are both similarities and differences in propaganda manipulation technologies in the period of wars chosen for study. In this article, we provide a review of academic publications that reflect on this concept from a philosophical perspective. Since 1996,the PT concept has been widely discussed in academic discourse. Therefore, it is important to summarizeits usage by outlining our current interpretation and addressing how the concept differs from the more familiar term \"harmful content\". Can the destructive influence of the media always be attributed to deliberate and malicious actions of certain individuals? If we interpret \"pathogenic\" as \"harmful\", the simplest way to identify pathogenic text is by analysing it through the lens of law and morality. From this perspective, the problem of PT can be addressed by adhering to the laws andethical normsadopted in any given country. According to the formula \"harmful is what is prohibited by law\", this approach may seem convenient and straightforward. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that this approach is too one-sided.The concept of pathogenic text has been incorporated into some media studies. We support the attempt by various authors to separate a purely applied understanding of the pathotext (based, for instance, on legal restrictions and prohibitions) from its neutral philosophical interpretation. Some authors have made the concept and classification of PT part of themethodological frameworkof their research, while others have sought to elaborate on or criticise our classification.Publications by various authors on this topic encouragea reconsideration of the initial understanding ofpathogenic text, particularly in the context of semiocentrism. It was found that the identification of common and divergent features of research methods of social communication processes allows for the classification (according to three holistic criteria) of frequent methods, approaches and techniques revealed in the description of the results of 50 separate studies (for the period from 1968 year until 2022). Batalina's monograph is devoted to the problem of creating the image of a child as the embodiment of evil in horror films of the second half of the 20th - beginning of the 20th century. The topic formulates an important problem, primarily of a moral and psychological nature. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that \"a certain niche, currently unfilled in the Ukrainian cultural space, is being explored in a situation where Ukrainian cinema is beginning to take steps to meet the audience and enter wide distribution with genre films\" [p. 22 of the manuscript]. H.F. Batalina points out that \"the study of the problem of the child as a cinematographic object, except for a few exceptions, is not developed in the scientific film literature, although such a need is increasingly expressed as one of its important tasks\" [p. 22 of the manuscript]. It should be added to the above that the research is also relevant because the image of a child in horror films is not a norm for post-Soviet society, is not inherent in the culture of modern Ukraine, but is planted by cultural traditions of Western countries (for example, the planting of the Halloween holiday). Therefore, the research of H.F. Batalina allows us to understand where and why other traditions appear in the culture of Ukrainians. We are convinced that the degree of validity of scientific statements, conclusions and prospects for solving the problem of finding archetypal and semiotic during the creation of the image of children in films of the horror genre, which is reflected in the monograph, has a sufficient level to recommend the above-mentioned scientific work for publication. We consider the specification of the categorical and terminological apparatus of film horror based on the philosophical and aesthetic aspects of the problem to be an important achievement of H. F. Batalina's research. We respect H. F. Batalina's confident attempt to offer the scientific community an author's vision of the paradigm of genre features of horror films. Time will demonstrate the functionality of the proposed features, and reveal the shortcomings and dominant advantages of such a paradigm. Since we are followers of the principle of Karl Popper's fallibilism (in the understanding of the concept of \"fallibilism\" by Charles Peirce), which implies the axiom that any scientific knowledge is fundamentally not final, but only an intermediate interpretation of the truth, which involves the subsequent replacement by a better interpretation, we assert: the author's vision of the paradigm of genre features of the horror film has the right to exist and needs further practical verification, which, in our opinion, is already a victory for scientists. After defining the «hate speech» and «antigypsyism», «antiziganism», «online hate» given by different authors, research with some Roma communities in Slovakia is presented. The «antigypsysim» is expressed directly or online towards Roma. The forms of personal/individual, institutionalized antigypsyism, institutionalized personal antigypsyismare discussed. Romani is in daily use mainly in the segregated Roma settlements. However, neither in the segregated nor in the special schools are the children offered lessons to build formal literacy in their mother tongue. The attitudes of the teachers towards the use of the Romani language at school are often not positive and they do not have any activities supporting the use and development of Romani. They do not recognize that such children have a right to acquire literacy in their home language. It is not viewed as an asset but precisely the opposite: the teachers think that they do not need their mother tongue and that the official school language is more important. The official languages used by the children are also an object of hate speech in social media and society, because often they use a variety of the official language called «ethnolect», and not the official language. Applying the insights of Auduc (2006), Iconcluded that the discrimination against young Roma is even stronger when they are highly qualified. The antigypsyism is much greater towards educated Roma who are fighting for their language and identity rights. In 1926, 4 feuilletons were printed in the magazine \"Kino\", which discussed current problems, the emergence of which was caused by the specifics of the development of cinematography at that time, determined by cultural and socio-political factors.Conclusions. The topics and problems of the feuilletons are revealed more deeply with the help of creolization of the texts, in particular, it is about the use in all feuilletons of illustrations, which are characterized by multifunctionality, with text quotes. The plot of feuilletons, the compositional features of which are the division of texts into parts, the use of compositional framing, the compositional technique \"story within a story\", film advertising, and descriptions, is presented with the help of either extra-diegetic or homodiegetic narrators, as well as due to their contamination. The aimof our study was to identify and describe quantum-holistic categories of social communication processes. Through our study, we have chosen a transformed methodologyof holism, which argues that the integrity of the world is a consequence of creative evolution. Such evolution is guided by the intangible and unknowable «integrity factor»(in Jan Smuts's terminology). The transformation of the ideas of holism is based on the basic principles of quantum mechanics, which we have adapted to the social sciences. We also used in the study methodsof analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, and the method of classification. The research methodologydetermined the differentiation of quantum-holistic categories of social communications into social and public; identification of three mandatory elements of the philosophy of knowledge of any subject of discussion, namely: identification, content, and functionality; analysis of known and little-known concepts of classification of philosophical categories in order to identify features that are consistent with our methodological conceptual concept of quantum-holistic categories of social communication processes; on the basis of the carried out analysis of isolation and nomination of ontological (metaphysical) and epistemological (epistemological) descriptive categories of processes of social communications. In conclusion, the author argues that the identification of quantum-holistic categories of social communication processes should be carried out both from a social and social point of view. Platforming photo content in modern conditions of the development of social communications and the development of applied communication technologies characterizes itself as part of the strategic communication of the state authorities with Ukrainians. Focusing on the above, media professionals and opinion leaders have the opportunity to implement effective mechanisms to counter Russian propaganda, resist fakes, and protect the consciousness of Ukrainians from hostile information. The research methods were: 1) theoretical analysis was used to study existing points of view and clearly derive the definition of photo content of communication platforms as a form of conducting counter-propaganda;2) a generalization method for deriving the author's vision regarding the operation of photo content platforms as a form of conducting counter-propaganda; 3) a method of comparison to derive the author's vision regarding the functioning of the platforms' photo content as a form of conducting counter-propaganda; 4) a method of monitoring photos of platforms for the practical study of issues; 5) questionnaire method (for conducting the practical component) with 302 respondents. The results of the research consist of the study of photo content as an effective method of conducting counter-propaganda, refuting negative manipulations, and strengthening faith in Ukraine. Modern channels and platforms publish photos with explanations, refutations, and slander. It follows that modern photography in public is aimed at debunking lies and fakes. The article analyzes several functions of counter-propaganda, which are implemented with the help of high-quality photo content. Conclusions. Applied social and communication technologies are based on a powerful range of implementation mechanisms aimed at confrontation in the information space, and defense of independent information borders of Ukraine in the war against the Russian aggressor. A popular mechanism today is the photo content of publics, channels, and communication platforms. It is he who visualizes information resources aimed at debunking myths and stereotypes.
