It is based on precise power comparators which are shipped to the customer. Measurements can be done at test currents up to 120 A. The results demonstrated that different gases present different alignment structures at room temperature under one atmosphere pressure. A careful modeling of the bias current dependence of the waveform generated shows that the particular shape of the voltage transition has little influence on the harmonic contents of the waveform. The winding -to-screen capacitances of IVDs can also introduce small but significant ratio error. The modulation transform spectroscopy is used to scan the hyperfine structure lines of molecular iodine absorption spectroscopy transitions at 561nm.
