Study on a passive resistive fan attentuation network
A new passive variable attenuation network with Fan-like shape was described. The characteristics of a fan-like resistive attenuation network were compared with those of Tee attenuation network and PI attenuation network. There are many advantages for this Fan attenuation network, such as output impedance matching input impedance, wide attenuation range and easier manufacture resistor values.
