In Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST for short), active feedback control power supply excites coils in vacuum, generates fast-changing magnetic field to inhibit vertical displacement of plasma. For improving the response performance of power supply, the grey prediction is combined with conventional PID control. The grey prediction GM(1,1) can amend PID parameter of controller online, and realize metabolic grey filtering and prediction of active feedback control signal. The prediction results were used in control operation in place of the measured value, which can shorten the delay time of sampling and controlling in power supply. Compared with the conventional LED, it was found that we could enhance the output power by 35% and 80% from the LED with p++-GaN/i-InGaN/n++-GaN TJL and the LED with hybrid TJL. It was also found that the TJ resistances were 6.05×10-3 and 1.95×10-3 Ω·cm2 for the LED with p++-GaN/i-InGaN/n++-GaN TJL and the LED with hybrid TJL, respectively. It was also found that the use of hybrid TJL could result in smaller efficiency droop. These improvements could all be attributed to the larger polarization charges induced at the AlGaN/InGaN interface which could enhance the tunneling current. The presented antenna comprises of trapezoid shape with tapered end radiating patch and a 50Ω microstrip line that are etched on the upper surface of the FR-4 substrate whereas the ground plane is etched on the bottom surface of the substrate. The antenna covers the UWB frequency range and the radiation pattern looks like similar to a monopole antenna. With the insertion of a U-shaped slot, the notch characteristics can incorporate in the proposed design which can reject the frequency band 5-6 GHz. Today, WiFi radio is present in almost all the devices, and most of the devices are equipped with WiMAX radio. Both these technologies can be utilized, if the devices are equipped with both of them, to improve the performance. To cope up with the scenario, a method for routing in a heterogeneous infrastructure based mesh network is proposed. The heterogeneous network consists of a coordinator node and a subscriber node. In this paper, we assume that the coordinator nodes are equipped with both WiMAX and WiFi radios, whereas, the subscriber nodes need not have WiMAX radio. The protocol used for routing data is based on the bee-hive algorithm, in which the entire network is divided into foraging zones/regions. We propose a technique in which the intra-foraging zone communication happens through WiFi and the nodes across the foraging zone communicate via the coordinator using WiMAX. When verbal expression combined with human emotion, emotional speech processing is no longer a simple mathematical model or pure calculations. Fluctuations of the mood are controlled by the brain perception; speech signal processing based on cognitive psychology can capture emotion better. In this paper the relevance analysis between speech emotion and human cognition is introduced firstly. The recent progress in speech emotion recognition was summarized including the review of speech emotion databases, feature extraction and emotion recognition networks. Secondly a fuzzy cognitive map network based on cognitive psychology is introduced into emotional speech recognition. In addition, the mechanism of the human brain for cognitive emotional speech is explored. To improve the recognition accuracy, this report also tries to integrate event-related potentials to speech emotion recognition. In the power exchange strategies, the base load exchange and the inter-regional power exchange are the main parts. The base load exchange is a typical task for a power grid corporation. And the inter-regional power exchange plays a significant role in the exchange strategy in order to meet the requirements of the regional resources optimization. Although much research has been done on the base load exchange and the inter-regional power exchange, the exchange strategy optimization concerning both inter-regional power and base load exchange hasn't been taken into account. The concept of the portfolio is used to consider the distribution of these two exchanges for a grid corporation. The objective of this paper is to determine a comprehensive strategy for the inter-regional power exchange and the base load exchange based on the grid corporation requirements. The optimization strategy model includes a multi-objective function as well as special constraints which take into account both the inter-regional power and the base load exchange. This model has been tested on the IEEE Reliability Test System. These devices are used to access various websites. Thus, organizations implement content filters that limit access to only work-related websites. However, these content filters may be bypassed and users are able to access sites that should be blocked. This study aims to utilize a report authoring tool to make a set of templates, used for the generation of reports. The produced reports assist the organization in identifying websites that may have bypassed these policies. This study successfully implemented the following modules namely the user interface module, sniffer module, data aggregator module, and the reports generator module. Through the implementation of these modules our system was able to successfully collect network data, store them within a database, and generate reports. This study helps administrators in making changes to the content filters that have been implemented. The system consists of a BeagleBone Black which serves as the device to processes the measured data from the two power analyzers and the DC sensor. It also features a Mobile and Web-based monitor and analytics platform for end user utilization, and provides a forecasting algorithm for the user's projected monthly bill. One of the receiving ends is a server that stores the data and hosts the web application which aggregates, analyzes and presents the general power generation and grid consumption to the user. A pipelined architecture with a dedicated backtrack processor have been designed for fast and sophisticated DNA sequence alignment. Additionally, instead of using CAM which consumes huge power, this architecture efficiently uses RAM to boost the speed of DNA sequence alignment in real time. This architecture incorporates a pipeline structure for matrix fill operation to achieve temporal parallelism in preparing substitution matrix for a number of sequences and a backtrack processor to obtain aligned sequences. Besides, this paper presents a comparative analysis on the processing time of this architecture using three numerous cases based on temporal and special parallelism, namely, dedicated, moderately-dedicated and shared logic components.
