The paper develop a three-dimension process typesetting and printing aided system based on DELMIA and CATIA for solving engineering application problem. The system has key function include process card custom, process file typesetting, two-dimension graph corresponding three-dimension model. The electric braking principles are briefly explained at first. The performance analysis focuses on maximum braking torque, braking torque ripple and the feedback power of braking energy. The two main control methods for PMSM, six step commutation control and field oriented control (FOC), have been analyzed. Using Newton's law and Lagrange equation, the equations of motion of RLC series circuit and micro-beam coupled system are obtained respectively. Test methods based on boundary scan and digital I/O can not fulfill functional testing of entire circuit board. An automatic test system is constructed and a functional modeling method is put forward for FPGA circuit board testing. A material mechanics method is presented to evaluate the elastic modulus properties of the U-shape honeycomb structures. The U-shape honeycomb structures were proved to have low in-plane axial stiffness and good load resistance in other directions. Both finite element analysis and experimental tests were carried out to verify the accuracy of the proposed analytical formulation. And a theoretical analysis solution also was developed, which could well compare with both experimental results and FEA results. And the Possion's ratio of the honeycomb structures was gained by FEA.
