Firstly, a reference switched system and the relative switched controller are respectively designed. Afterward, via the common Lyapunov function method, a sufficient condition that guarantees the closed-loop switched system being uniformly bounded is deduced. Finally, the proposed method is applied to control a servo-hydraulic system, the reference switched system and switched controller are given for the servo-hydraulic system on different supply pressure. High level vibration and noise may lead to the control valve fully open. After analyzing the causes of vibration and noise, the noise estimation formula put forward by Masonneilan company is used to estimate noise, and two measures of pipeline modification and valve internal constitution reform are proposed. In the valve internal structure reform design, the reform is mainly focused on designing balance spool, designing and installing sleeves and limiting spool motion. The relations between seal structure, inlet-outlet pressure and leakage can be found by a numerical simulation which can help us in the structural design of a seal and the selection of the inlet-outlet pressure. 2D labyrinth seal Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model is built which provides a basis for reducing steam flow excitation. The streamline pattern and the pressure drop characteristics for leakage of steam through a labyrinth seal was investigated. To adapt different measured frequencies, the position of every microphone in sound intensity probe should be adjusted. On the basis of discussing the theory of measuring sound intensity with four microphones from three dimensions, using the theory about keeping place of brace framework and parallelogram, we designed a new 3D sound intensity probe including four microphones. The equation of the main factors influencing the wear of the tooth profile, such as relative sliding coefficient and contact compressive stress are established. Simulation is present with numerical method, the changing laws of relative sliding coefficient and contact compressive stress are found based on the simulation curve. The wear instance of the tooth profile is analyzed on the base.
