By analyzing the requirements for the performance indexes of the follow up system, with a STK465 thick film integrated circuit as the key unit of the power amplifier, a Heidenhain ROD250 Incremental Optical-electrical Encoder for position sensor and a LPC2148 as microcontroller, a digital high accuracy servo system is made. Besides, the methods for measuring the transfer functions of all loops and the design of compound controller are discussed and means of adjustment are also described. The results indicate that model can reflect tendency of grinding force. Simulated results are consistent with experimental results. A hybrid PSO algorithm (HPSO) is structured by introducing the mutation operator and changing the inertia weight with the generation. The continuous profile grinding and the continuous generating grinding are the most common used gear grinding methods which have high productivity. The grinding worms can be dressing by diamond dressing gears, which have the profile of the workpieces to be machined and bonded a single layer of diamond particles. The paper has inroduced the traditional manufacturing methods of diamond dressing gears, positive electroplating and negative electroplating. Then put forward a new manufacturing method, Electroless nickel coating. Composition and condition of electroless composite plating solution, process steps are given. Several diamond dressing gears are made by this new method. So of particular interest in the paper is to discuss the resistance and inductance parameters of multiconductor at environment of changing temperature. A new approach with the given formulas is presented to calculate electric parameters using finite element method. And then, the temperature-dependent characteristics of resistance and inductance are obtained, which are agreed with the result obtained by energy method. The change of equivalent current density for multiconductor also highlights the parameters change when proximate effect is considered. The result is shown that the temperature-dependent parameters bring more important responses on the terminal of circuit network containing certain deviation. It is shown that.
