A hybrid PSO algorithm (HPSO) is structured by introducing the mutation operator and changing the inertia weight with the generation. Abstract
This paper presents an approach based on hybrid particle swarm optimization to solve weapon-target assignment (WTA) problem. The mathematical model of WTA problem is explained in detail.
