This article introduces the theory of conditional value at risk in the financial risk management to study the problems of software reliability at extreme conditions. The samples were dissolved by deionized water, and then extracted by hexane-ethyl acetate solution with volume ratio of l:l, and the extract were centrifuged and evaporated. The residue were dissolved by methanol. The chromatography separation was performed on a C18 column with a gradient elution programmer using the mixture of methanol and 0.1% aqueous formic acid as mobile phase. The mass spectrometry equipped with an electrospray ionization source(ESI) was operated in the negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM). The linear relationship of the method was very obvious and the 5 flavonoids limits of quantization (LOQ) were 1.5μg/kg, the average spike recoveries situated between 64%∼89%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were 2.2%∼8.4%. This paper presents an integrated control system composed of a fuzzy automatic optimization algorithm and the Smith predictor compensator to adjust the temperature of pool water. This paper analyzes and simulates integrated sensor-actuators using coupled-field analysis function in the finite element analysis software ANSYS for 3-D finite element model which of models is PZT-5 piece. In the beginning of positive piezoelectric effect, the results show that voltage and displacement generated by secondary converse piezoelectric effects respectively have linear relationship with the applied outside force. And it establishes the whole vehicle's model through simulation soft ADAMS/CAR of the dynamics and analyses the relation between longitudinal offset and the rotate speed and between horizontal offset and heading angle; the same condition, it analyses that horizontal offset of the centroid affects on horizontal replacement and heading angle. The Simulation result indicates : while the centroid moves longitudinal and forward, lateral stability becomes worse and while the centroid moves backward can increase to braking stability, but it makes easily the front wheel lose the turning ability; while the centroid happens to horizontal offset and along with the offset gradually increase, horizontal replacement and heading angle increase notability.
