The theme is \"Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization\". The initiative aims to consolidate and expand the progress made in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Some places began to build a new form of \"live streaming e-commerce\", bringing goods for rural specialty live streaming e-commerce. Based on the TikTok platform, this paper studies the consumption phenomenon of live streaming e-commerce to help farmers. Aiming at the problem of internet celebrity live streaming e-commerce to help farmers. In this study, SOR model (stimulus-organism-response) was introduced. Modeling is carried out from five aspects of external cognitive value (visibility, professionalism, matching degree, product, quality, and service). At the same time, three variables of internal emotional attitude (trust, satisfaction) and consumption behavior intention were set up. It divides into three latitudes and three levels, which are external cognition, affective attitude, and behavioral intention. The paper used team management team characteristics as independent variable and sustainable advantage as the dependent variable. A null conceptual hypotheses for the research have been established which states that TMT characteristics has no positive and significant effect on SCA of Multinational corporations. The research employed a cross-sectional survey to gather information from the 72 Chinese Multinational Corporations. The Chief Executive Officer or its equivalents were interviewed from the various departments of the corporations. The formulated hypothesis was analyzed by the use of Chi-square. From the study findings, it emerged that the tested variables (Top management team characteristics and sustainable competitive advantage positively and significantly influenced each other. The study results are in agreement with various previous studies thus Opens Avenue for further studies. The results indicate that the synergistic agglomeration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry can promote regional innovation, but the degree of synergistic agglomeration shows a significant difference in spatial distribution. Further analysis shows inconsistencies in the impact of industrial synergistic agglomeration on regional innovation. For the regions at the early and middle stages of industrialization, industrial synergistic agglomeration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry can promote innovation, while for the regions at the later stage of industrialization, industrial synergistic agglomeration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry will restrain innovation. The industrial synergistic agglomeration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry mainly acts on regional innovation through three channels, including information sharing effect, infrastructure scale economy effect and knowledge spillover effect. Cooperative governance provides new analytical ideas for community-embedded elderly care services, and the community-embedded elderly care model in City C has just emerged and is in the exploration stage. Taking SX Health Care Center, currently the first community-embedded elderly care pilot in city C, as an example, this paper finds, after investigation and research, that there are cooperation dilemmas in the practice of social organizations participating in urban community-embedded elderly care services, such as insufficient supervision of government responsibility, competitive market environment, limited development capacity of actors and lack of trust on the demand side.
