The infection outbreaks not merely imparted a negative impact on physical health but also adversely affected mental health issues. According to a massive body of researches, the rate of mental health issue among the general population found to be higher. As the ratio of PTSD during the Ebola Virus was 76.4% and depression during SARS-CoV-1 reported as (32.4%). However, the psychiatric morbidity during H1N1 was found to be (8.0%). The causes of neuropsychiatric complication or mental health issues during previous outbreaks were cultural psychological and social issues. In particular, pharmacological treatment found to be the most prevalent reason for developing neuropsychiatric complication or mental health issues. As during all infection outbreaks, multiple drugs and vaccinations have been used to control the spread of viral diseases. The current study provides a detailed description of how the drugs and vaccination led to neuropsychiatric complication. The PICO method was used to design the research question and through the PRISMA technique, around 15 studies have been included in the current study. The findings of the current study reported substantial neuropsychiatric complication due to the persistent use of drugs and vaccination. The current study finding spread the awareness for coronavirus and related infection coverage.","PeriodicalId":22121,"journal":{"name":"Systematic Reviews in Pharmacy","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78480964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objective: To assess the medical advertising provided by the pharmaceutical companies in printed drug advertising material delivered to physicians working in Peruvian health establishments during 2014 and 2015. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study. Drug general data, bibliographical references and registered premises were evaluated, and graphics and descriptive tables were obtained. Results: 90 printed advertising materials were collected, of which 72 presented bibliographical references. The least registered item was ‘contraindications and dose’ (55.6%) and in the quality of the references, 21.3% of the premises had no research as basis, being 30.9% of level of evidence 4 and 5, and 33.2% were poorly referenced or did not exist. Of the 566 registered premises, 14.7% were not supported by any bibliography, and of the remaining premises, we found that 35.9% were controversial and / or deceptive and 51.4% were inaccurate. Conclusion: The printed drug advertising material delivered to physicians has inaccurate content, use low levels of evidence and grades of recommendation, with poor referencing quality. Furthermore, there are registered premises that are supported by non-existent references or with controversial or deceptive agreements. The outcome of such intervention is significantly influenced by the site of the lesion. Aim of the study: To analyze the impact of the site of the treated lesion(s) on the immediate and delayed outcomes of endovascular salvage of dysfunctional AVFs in terms of technical success and 3, 6 months patency rates. Patients and methods: This study was carried out from February 2016 to February 2018. It included 60 hemodialysis patients who had dysfunctional native AVFs that were subjected to endovascular salvage. Results: AVFs dysfunction was caused by an underlying single lesion in 50 cases while multiple lesions were found in 10 cases. The commonest site of occlusion was central veins (23.3%) while the least common site was the proximal arterial segment (1.7%). Technical success achieved in 88.3% patients. Recanalization was best achieved through trans- radial in the majority of cases. Balloon angioplasty alone successfully re-canalized 41 AVFs, while stenting was needed in 8 patients and 4 cases aided by thrombectomy. Of them 3 AVFs only were abandoned on top of procedure complications. The overall primary patency rates of 50 AVFs were 82% and 58% at 3 and 6 months respectively. Conclusion: PTA is simple, less invasive, shorter procedure, enables immediate dialysis without the need for CVC, reduces the risk of infection, and saves the patient’s veins. The site of the lesion has an impact on the outcome of endovascular salvage of dysfunctional AVF with variable immediate success and later patency rates.","PeriodicalId":22121,"journal":{"name":"Systematic Reviews in Pharmacy","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72909769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was conducted in North Sumatra in 5 urban districts in North Sumatra. The study time was seven months. In this study data was collected to answer research problems from primary data, namely data that was collected and processed by an organization or individual directly from the object (Supranto, 2000). Data collection techniques with surveys were carried out through interviews with related parties and answers to Questionnaire questions filled out by respondents. The analytical method used by the author in this study is statistical using SmartPLS software. The results show that directly halal certification has a significant effect on buying interest, the quality of foodstuff products has a significant effect on buying interest and experiential buying also has a significant effect on buying interest, then indirectly halal certification has an effect on buying interest through experiential buying and the quality of material products. food also has a significant effect on buying interest through experiential buying.","PeriodicalId":22121,"journal":{"name":"Systematic Reviews in Pharmacy","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87842982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through controlled microbial activity, its spread through two types of biohole, namely horizontal and vertical biohole. This research observes in real time through soil parameter sensors connected to the micro controller to changes in soil acidity, infiltration rate, conductivity electrolyte level and porosity level through soil infiltration rate. Through simulations with 2 types of biohole, it can be seen the increase in EC in each depth to the time of observation in real time. From the observations of graphs and EC standards, it can be seen that the ability of the soil to provide nutrients in the root growth zone to support the schedule and distribution patterns of planting both during vegetative growth and generative growth periods.
