This system is constantly evolving. Sharia tax policies have existed since the time of the Prophet SAW. The profit-sharing mechanism for the Islamic State is fay', ghanima, kharaj, jizyah, ushur and khums, just like during the time of Caliph Ustman bin Affan. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Islamic economics in the Uthman bin Affan period. The research method used is library research. By using the multiple linear regression analysis method, it can be seen how the relationship between world oil and macroeconomic variables as independent variables with the composite stock price index variable as the dependent variable. The data used in this study is monthly data for all variables in the 2018-2022 period. Then from the research results it was found that the world oil price variable and the inflation variable had a positive and significant effect on the JCI. The exchange rate variable has a negative and significant effect on the JCI. The economic sector has not been spared either. With the development of technology businesses, the right strategy must be embraced. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies businesses adopt in trading imported books on the Instagram platform. A qualitative research method was using interviews and documentation data. A total of six businesses were interviewed, and the data was then presented with some analysis. The results indicate that the marketing strategies used by the traders are promotions through Instagram features, market segmentation, and consumer engagement. The paper humbly suggests that businesses may widen their market by adopting other social media and involving e-commerce. In addition, the study argues that businesses must consider several factors in their promotions, such as price, quality, and trend. The analytical method used was normative juridical legal research through the statute approach (Government Regulation in Lieu of Law or Perppu) and the conceptual approach. The analysis results indicate that implementing rahn tasjily land pledge agreements at Sharia pawnshops begins with the submission of financing applications, a business feasibility analysis, and the collateralization process. The collateralization of the security object in rahn tasjily land pledge agreements involves imposing a mortgage right, with the process limited to the SKMHT stage. There is a contradiction between the SKMHT mentioned in the DSN-MUI fatwa on rahn tasjily pledge as collateral for financing settlement and the Mortgage Law, which states that SKMHT is only the authority to impose mortgage rights. SKMHT is not considered as collateral because it lacks guaranteeing power. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan Maret 2021 di indonesia terdapat 27,54 juta penduduk yang berada di garis bawah kemiskinandan tolak ukur dari masyarakat yang hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan yaitu yang memiliki pendapatan Rp472.525 perkapita perbulan Zakat adalah bagian dari harta yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh setiap muslim apabila telah mencapai syarat yang ditetapkan. Dalam rukun islam zakat ditunaikan dan diberikan kepada golongan yang menerimanya (asnaf). Zakat menempati kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam islam sehingga diposisikan menjadi rukun islam yang ketiga setelah shalat. Perhitungan zakat dan angka kemiskinan, angka pekerja yang mengeluarkan zakat profesi dapat menjadi jawaban untuk meluruskan kekeliruan masyarakat yang belum menerima adanya zakat profesi. Zakat profesi yaitu zakat yang dikenakan pada penghasilan profesi apabila telah mencapai nishab. Dari ayat Al-Qur’an surat Al-Baqarah ayat 267: yang artinya “wahai orang-orang yang beriman, nafkahkanlah sebagian dari apa yang kami keluarkan dari bumi untuk kamu…” ayat tersebut menguraikan tentang nafkah yang diberikan serta sifat nafkah tersebut. perintah ayat tersebut wajib maka, semua hasil usaha apapun bentuknya wajib dizakati termasuk gaji seorang pegawai, jika gajinya sudah mencapai syarat yang ditetapkan dalam konteks zakat. Salah satu tugas lembaga pengelolaan zakat yang keberadaannya dilindungi undang-undang adalah mewujudkan peran zakat sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kemiskinan. Zakat produktif yaitu untuk menambah atau sebagai modal usaha mustahiq. Zakat meghasilkan redistribusi komoditas pasar dari kelompok kaya ke kelompok miskin. Pada prinsipnya ada dua jalur pendstribusian zakat melalui kekayaan dan pendapatan. Yang merupakan suatu jenis distribusi yang kedua terutama jika diberikan dalam bentuk uang tunai kepada mustahik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pemodelan persamaan Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa dan simulasi dengan SmartPLS, menentukan convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, dan inner model. Hasil penelitian yang didapat kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Cakupannya meliputi perbedaan antara kebijakan fiskal konvensional dan Islam, peran kebijakan fiskal dalam distribusi pendapatan, serta prinsip penganggaran negara dalam Islam. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami karakteristik khas dari kebijakan fiskal Islam, mekanisme distribusi pendapatannya yang merata, serta pengelolaan anggaran berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Artikel ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur dari buku, jurnal, dan analisis historis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan fiskal Islam mengedepankan nilai-nilai spiritual, keadilan sosial, dan persaudaraan universal, di samping tujuan ekonomi. Kebijakan tersebut melarang bunga, menggunakan zakat sebagai instrumen distribusi, serta mengelola keuangan negara untuk memajukan kesejahteraan publik. Secara historis, tata kelola keuangan di masa awal Islam menerapkan prinsip anggaran yang efisien dan egaliter. What sets this study apart is its innovative approach, emphasizing Knowledge Integration (IoK) as a powerful tool for achieving this reform. Through a comprehensive examination of IoK's methodological principles, including permissibility, acceptability, authenticity, and contextual adaptability, this research seeks to uncover novel ways to align IEBF practices with the principles of Sharia and the SDGs. The study emphasizes the importance of policymakers actively supporting both academic and industry efforts to incorporate IoK principles into IEBF practices. By doing so, it aims to validate the effectiveness of these principles in achieving the SDGs and fulfilling the broader maqasid. Moreover, the research highlights the potential for substantial cost savings when extracting valuable insights from the legacy writings of IoK and IEBF to guide contemporary IEBF practices. In summary, this study sheds light on the unique novelty of adopting the Knowledge Integration (IoK) approach to reform IEBF in alignment with Sharia principles and the SDGs. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah di Kecamatan Senduro Kabupaten Lumajang adalah memfokuskan pada produksi kualitas susu dan penurunan jumlah pengangguran diKecamatan tersebut. jika dikaji dari etika bisnis islam pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah di kematan tersebut telah memenuhi unsure gotong royong, kejujuran, keadilan dan amanah. Hal tersebut yang menjadikan para peternak di Kecamatan tersebut memiliki rasa kekeluargaan dan tidak ada sikap imtimidasi diantara peternak lainnya.
