The method development of adaptive control of the high-energy ultrasound intensity and frequency, which are formed by means of an ultrasonic phased array.\u0000Methodology. The problem of automatic control automation for the ultrasonic oscillations intensity in flotation process using the PID controller, Lyapunov's and gradient methods based on the adaptive control system with a reference model, self-tuning regulator based on the Kaczmarz projection iteration method is considered. The method of adaptive control of the high-energy ultrasound intensity at a given point in space, which is generated by an ultrasonic phased array based on the successive orthogonal projection of the approximation on a hyperplane is developed.\u0000Findings. The computer simulation results of the ultrasonic exposure on the pulp flow using adaptive and PID regulators with a given intensity and time of the transient process with a linearly increasing pulp flow rate are shown. While writing the article, the following methods were used: questioning and interviews at the stage of collecting primary information, as well as the method of comparative analysis in justifying recommendations regarding the prospects for implementing the concept of lean production for the period up to 2020.\u0000Findings. The article analyzes the transition to the principles of the concept of lean production on the example of two enterprises of the MMC of Ukraine, geographically located within the Dnipropetrovsk region. The prospects for further implementation of the tools of the Lean Production concept for the period up to 2020 are considered. \u0000Originality. The importance of the practical application of methods and tools of the theory of the concept of lean manufacturing, in particular of the 5 C system and of the Submission of Proposals was confirmed. The necessity of applying various methods of auditing production activities was proved. This will optimize costs within the organization and affect the level of competitiveness of its products.\u0000Practical value. The methods of generalization, analysis and evaluation of practical experience and scientific achievements in the field of geotechnology, theory and practice of explosive destruction of solid media, continuum mechanics, mathematical statistics, as well as research techniques of wave processes according to standard and new techniques of the leading experts of the world's advanced mining countries are described.\u0000 Findings. The factors determining the leaching efficiency of metal ores, environmental and seismic safety are established and the parameters of the explosion are justified taking into account the size of an average linear piece of exploded ore mass, the area of an emanating surface and the seismic safety of protected objects (industrial buildings, residential buildings, the Ingul river underflow, Kropivnitsky, etc.).\u0000 Originality. Recommended empirical dependence for the prediction of the oscillation speed on the reduced mass of charge per deceleration step in the explosive preparation of ore for underground leaching of metals for the field conditions of the form y = a ∙ b also the value of the permissible displacement rate of the soil at the base of the protected objects = 0.4 cm / s.\u0000 Practical value. The involvement in the production of hematite ores (oxidized quartzite) of Krivbass with high iron content, but with low magnetic properties for their processing into granular cast iron is grounded.\u0000Originality. The use of itmk3® direct reduction technology from Kobe Steel Ltd., Japan and Hares Engineering GmbH, Austria for the processing of Krivbass hematite ores into granular cast iron is justified for the first time.\u0000Practical value. Исследование влияния основных факторов, влияющих на откат гильзы валками пилигримового стана, что в конечном счете оказывает влияние на синхронизацию работы системы «валки — подающий аппарат» и снижение производительности пилигримового стана, а также не стабильную с ударами в валки гильзы работу подающего аппарата и главной линии стана.\u0000 Методика. Использование метода баланса работ всех сил, в том числе силы инерции, действующих на подвижные части подающего аппарата вместе с гильзой и дорном после выхода гильзы из контакта с валками.\u0000 Результаты. В статье приведены результаты теоретических и экспериментальных исследований влияния основных факторов на откат гильзы. С помощью использованной методики дана количественная и качественная оценка влияния исследованных факторов на процесс торможения и косвенного влияния их на степень синхронизации работы подающего аппарата и валков. \u0000 Научная новизна. Установлены основные факторы, влияющие на величину отката подвижных частей подающего аппарата вместе с гильзой и дорном в процессе пилигримовой прокатки, в том числе на величину отката по инерции. Величина пути отката по инерции для конкретных условий при коэффициенте трения скольжения равном 0,2 составила 45мм, что согласуется с данными, полученными на пильгерстане 5-12\" с помощью видеосъемки. Исследованиями установлено, что при увеличении давления в воздушной камере на 20% по отношению к заданному, путь торможения по инерции уменьшается на 16,6 %, а при уменьшении этого давления на 20%, путь торможения увеличивается на 21,8%.\u0000 Практическая значимость. Результаты проведенных теоретических и экспериментальных исследований могут быть использованы при разработке автоматической системы синхронизации «валки — подающий аппарат», что позволит повысить производительность за счет стабилизации подачи гильзы в валки в каждом цикле прокатки, а также стабильность и надежность работы пилигримового стана без ударов гильзы в валки. It has been established that during cooling of the melt and crystallization of the metal of a continuously cast billet, inclusions close in composition to quasi-equilibrium states of binary and ternary oxide systems are formed.\u0000Originality. Technologies have been developed to restore the worn surfaces of metallurgical equipment \u0000Originality. It has been established that when restoring bearing surfaces, in particular bearings, to increase the durability of the composite layer, it is necessary to use “beacons” that provide precise positioning of the part (bearing ring) and are an additional support surface when impacting the restored layer. The conclusion of the composite material in a closed volume provides an increase in its carrying capacity.\u0000Practical value. The developed technologies allow to increase the durability of reconditioned equipment without increasing the cost of repairs. Il 3. Justification of hydraulic systems management methods of mining and metallurgical plants, taking into account indicators and comparative analysis and on the basis of pipelines rational parameters and slurry concentrates.. Methodology. Analysis of modern methods for assessing the efficiency of operation of hydraulic systems of enterprises in the mining and metallurgical industry allowed us to determine the promising directions for the use of various chemical reagents in order to reduce hydraulic resistance during transportation of hydraulic mixtures in mineral processing technologies. Findings. The rational parameters of the operation of hydraulic systems of mining and smelting plants, namely: the diameter of the pipeline and the concentration of the slurry for a given amount of transportation to ensure a minimum of reduced costs for the evaluation period and taking into account the usage of chemicals which were used to improve the efficiency of pipeline transport. Originality. Based on the analysis of methods for assessing the effectiveness of mineral processing technologies. It is determined that the most rational in the totality of technologies to improve the efficiency and reliability of the hydrotransport complex is the use of polyethylene pipes, as well as additives to the carrier fluid of hydrodynamically active substances. Practical value. It consists in the improvement of methods for calculating rational parameters and modes of operation of hydraulic systems, allowing to determine the value of the velocity and concentration of the slurry, providing a minimum of reduced costs for the estimated period. The modern state with the booty of copper ores andproduction of copper are considered in Ukraine.The task of the article is to carry out a forecast of soil contamination with slurries of printed circuit boards and electroplating. This allows to improve the ecological safety of territories of enterprises producing boards and electroplating. \u0000The methodology. The article uses mathematical methods of calculation according to the theory of porous media physicochemical hydrodynamics. This process is described by the equation of movement and conservation of mass of matter in vertical shifts. \u0000Findings. The main result of the given work is to improve the method for determining consequences of soil contamination by sludge from PCB and electroplating producing shops. \u0000The originality. To avoid the accumulation of sludge in the territory of enterprises we propose to use the technology of spent etching solution regeneration where the selected metal is used as secondary raw materials for copper production and recovered solution is reused for etching printed circuit boards. This way almost no sludge is generated, or their quantity is negligible. \u0000Practical implications.
