The male Kacang goat, growth age (1 - 1.5 years) as many as 12 tails with an initial body weight of 13.55 ± 0.036 kg (BW ± standard error) were used as experimental animals. The experimental design used is a complete randomized design of factorial patterns 2 x 2 with two factors, namely, gliricidia leaf factor (A) with two levels of giving (a1 15% and a2 30%), papaya leaf factor (B) with two levels of giving (b1 5% and b2 10%) so that 4 treatment combinations are formed. The combination of treatments is, a1b1, a1b2, a2b1 and a2b2. The treatment was repeated 3 times to form 12 experimental units. The parameters tested were the consumption and digesting of dry matter as well as ration nutrients, weight gain and efficiency of ration use. The data was analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by the Duncan test to compare between treatments. The results showed that there was no significant interaction (P >0.05) on all the parameters measured. The response of goat to parameters is more influenced by the single effect of gliricidia leaves and papaya leaves. The response to the use of gliricidia leaves is 30% and papaya leaves are 10% higher than the level of use below. Semen was collected twice a week using an artificial vagina method of three male goats. Fresh semen obtained was evaluated macroscopically and microscopically with a motility value of 80%, viability 86.58%, concentration of 2,099.40 milionspermatozoa cells/ml, and an abnormality of 2.83%. Then the fresh semen was diluted according to the treatment, namely T0 (T-EY 100%), T1 (T-EY 100% + RF 1%), T2 (T-EY 100% + RF 2%), T3 (T-EY 100% + RF 3%), T4 (T-EY 100% + RF 4%), T5 (T-EY 100% + RF 5%). The diluted semen was stored at 3-5C, and evaluation was carried out every 24 hours on the quality of the spermatozoa. The results showed that spermatozoa in T-EY diluent with the addition of 3% RF (T3) had a higher quality (T<0.05) compered to the other five treatments, namely the motility reached (42,99±2,19%), viability (49,30±2,24%), and abnormalities (4,012±0,49%) during 5 days of storage. The research was carried out in two breeding farms namely the Instalation of Pig Breeding, village of Tarus, Kupang Regency and the Manise Pig Farm, Village of Oetete, Kupang City, East  Nusa  Tenggara (NTT).  There were 20 heads of duroc  crossbred sows. The method  used a survey and samples were collected purposively. Samples were all pigles  that  born  during  research period from  all of duroc sow crossbreds. The variables were litter size, body weight, girth size, and body length. Data was differentiated between males and females  and analysed using the t test.  The results showed that  males had  the average of litter size, body weight, girth size and body length of  4.94±1.21 head; 1.42±0.55kg; 23.94±2.80cm  and 21.91±4.06cm, respectively;  while  females had the average of liter size, body weight, girth size and body length of 4.60±1.32 head; 1.39±0.38kg; 23.20±2.76cm and 20.93±4.20cm,  respectively. Statistical analysis showed that there was no difference (P>0.05) between males and females from observation variables. This study used 12 goats Kacang with an average body weight of 14.40 kg (KV = 14.93%). This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The four treatments were T1 = Silage sorghum-kembang telang ad libitium, and T2, T3, T4 = T1 + concentrate with levels of 10%, 20% and 30% respectively containing 150 mg ZnSO4 and 2% Zn-Cu Isoleucine. The parameters observed were PK consumption, PK digestibility, and blood urea concentration. The results showed that the addition of various levels of concentrate containing ZnSO4 and Zn-Cu isoleusinat which was optimal for the use of protein that consumed sorghum-kembang telang silage in goats Kacang had a significant effect (P <0.05) on crude protein consumption, but had no significant effect (P <0.05) on crude protein digestibility and blood urea concentration. Semen was collected twice a week using the artificial vaginal method from three year old bligon male goats with normal body conditions and reproductive organs. After the macroscopic and microscopic evaluation, good quality semen with a sperm motility of > 70%, a concentration of > 800 x 106 mL-1, and abnormality of < 15 %, was diluted with TEY + DFPE at a concentration of 0% (P0), 2% (P1), 4% (P2), 6% (P3), 8% (P4), dan 10% (P5). The semen which still had a motility ≥ 70% was then stored at a temperature of 3-5oC. Evaluation of the quality of spermatozoa  was carried out every 24 hours until the motility decrease to 40%. The results showed that from day 1 to day 5 of preservation, spermatozoa preserved in TEY + 6% DFPE diluent (P3) had higher motility and viability (P<0,05) than other treatments. The abnormalities of spermatozoa until the 5 day of preservation were below 6%, but showed a significant difference (P<0,05) between treatments that received DFPE suplemention with control (P0). Sampling is done through two stages. The first stage is the determination of sample villages conducted by purposive sampling and the second stage is the determination of the respondents who made a simple random. The data were collected using interview technique. The data collected includes primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from observation and interview, while secondary data obtained from related institutions and literature related to research. The analysis is done by using income analysis and financial analysis. Sixteen Kacang goats (12.839±0.49 kg of live weight) were used in Completely randomized design with four treatments and four replication. The animals were randomly allocated to receive one of the following experiment diets Gliricidia + concentrate with ratio of soybean meal and product of gelatinize mixed corn-urea that: 1) 100:0 (P0), 2) 75:25 (P1), 3) 50:50 (P2) and 4) 25:75 (P3). Ration were formulated to contain 12% CP with ratio 60 % gliricidia and 40% concentrates. The result showed that total dry matter intake was significantly influenced of treatments and average of DMI each treatment was, P2 (467.99±2.19 g/h/d), P1 (441.20±2.10 g/h/d), P0 (440.08±2.29 g/h/d) and P3 (430.43±6.11 g/h/d). Dry matter and crude protein digestibility from each treatment was, P2 (76.45±0.39% and 80.63±0.37%), P1 (67.85±0.24% and 70.10±0.18%), P0 (67.85±0.74% and 70.68±0.42%) and P3 (60.62±0.41% and 61.96±0.69%). Treatment P2 highest than other treatments. Nitrogen retention and biological value significantly influenced of the treatment. Excretion of feces and urine lowest at P2  than P1, P0 and P3. N consumption, Total N Excretion and N digested not significantly influenced of the treatment but P2 better of other treatment. Semen is accommodated twice a week using an artificial vaginal method from two 3-4 year old bali bull with normal body condition and reproductive organs. Semen with motility> 70%, concentration> 1000 × 106, and abnormality <15% was diluted with Tris-egg yolk (T-KT) diluent added with virgin coconut oil (VCO) at a concentration of: 0% (T0), 2 % (T1), 4% (T2), and 6% (T3). The diluted semen was stored at 3-5ᶱC. Evaluated every 24 hours for motility, viability, abnormalities and vitality of spermatozoa up to a motility of at least 40%. The results showed that semen diluted with T-EY with 6% VCO (T3) had a higher quality (P <0.05) compared to the other three treatments, with motility reaching (43.10 ± 2 , 83%), viability (48.68 ± 1.59%), abnormalities (5.92 ± 0.90%) and survival (6.00 ± 0.00 days).
