The Indragiri HilirDistrict Health Office for girlsin 2016 amounted to 22.8% of 880, 201 young women who experienced anemia.General Objectives Describe and determine Determinants that affect the incidence of anemia in youngwomen in SMA 1 Reteh in 2018. This type of research is observational analytic with Cross Sectional researchdesign. The population in this study were all young female in SMA 1 Reteh with a total of 405 female studentsand the number of samples in this study was 198 students taken using simple random techniques. Theanalysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed values forknowledge (P value = 0.001), eating habits for inhibiting iron absorption (P value = 0.001), menstrual patterns(P value = 0.001) and nutritional status (P value = 0.001) meaning that there was a significant relationshipwith the incidence of anemia. It is better for the SMA 1 Reteh to be expected by the teacher to provide anemiaknowledge to the students and put information on anemia. Saat ini obesitas mendapat perhatian yang serius karena jumlah penderitanya yang semakin meningkat termasuk didalamnya adalah wanita pada usia reproduktif dan Jumlah penderita obesitas pada wanita hamil juga meningkat sekitar 18,5% sampai dengan 38,3%. Berdasarkan Survey Awal yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti pada tanggal 2 Juli 2018 Pada 10 responden ibu hamil didapatkan data bahwa ibu hamil yang memiliki riwayat hipertensi selama kehamilan 2 orang (20%) yang mengalami obesitas 4 orang (40%), dan yang mengalami hipertensi 4 orang (40%) Tujuan : Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh obesitas terhadap penyakit hipertensi di Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. \u0000Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional study, desain ini merupakan rancangan penelitian yang pengukuran atau pengamatannya di lakukan secara simultan pada suatu saat (sekali waktu). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 ibu hamil pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasi chi square. Hasil : Sebagian besar ibu hamil dengan obesitas sebanyak 34,3% (12 responden) dan ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi 7 (54,55%) dan  berdasarkan dalam statistik menunjukan hasil uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) adalah ≤ 0,05 didapatkan nilai Probabilitas (p) adalah 0,013. Kesimpulan : Diharapkan ibu hamil dengan kategori obesitas dapat lebih mengurangi faktor yang menyebabkan kegemukan selama masa sebelum kehamilan maupun pada masa kehamilan. Pre Menstruasi syndrome adalah penanpilan serampaian gejala yang bersifat siklus sebelum menstruasi yang mempengaruhi gaya hidup dan pekerjaan. Mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang Pre Menstruasi Syndrome pada Siswa SMPN29 Kota Pekanbaru. Desain penelitian merupakan bentuk rancangan yang umumnya digunakan dalam melakukan prosedur penelitian. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. nstrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari kuisoner yang berisi kusioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Didapatkan rata-rata Rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan Premenstruasi Syndrome dari ketiga tingkat pengetahuan  yang paling banyak adalah tingkat pengetahuan sedang yaitu (195,65%). This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of health officers and the promotion of formula milk to exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers in the Work Area of ​​Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Health Center Year 2018. The research type is quantitative and analytic design with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in Harapan Raya Public Health Working Area in March - April of 2018. The population of this study is all mothers who have infants aged 6-12 months in Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Health Center Working Area as many as 2,494 people, the sample of 96 respondents with quota sampling method sampling. The instrument of this research using questionnaires and techniques of this study using primary data and secondary data. Based on the result of the research, the mother who has babies in the work area of ​​Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Minority Health Center gave exclusive breast feeding of 47 (49%) and got the health worker role 35 (36,5%) and did not get formula promotion equal to 36 (37,5 %). so it can be concluded there is no relation between the role of health officer to exclusive breastfeeding (P Value 0,563) and there is relationship between promotion of formula milk to Exclusive Breast Feeding (P Value 0,040). Artinya pasokan darah bisa saja habis saat permintaan tinggi dan bisa pula kadaluwarsa akibat terlalu lama di dalam penyimpanan. This means that the blood supply could be depleted when demand is high and can also expire due to too long in storage. Dampak dari tidak tersedianya darah dapat mengakibatkan kematian bagi pasien yang membutuhkannya. The impact of the unavailability of blood can be fatal for patients who need them. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengendalian persediaan darah supaya PMI mampu memenuhi permintaan darah. Therefore, the necessary blood inventory control so that PMI is able to meet the demand for blood. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan darah dan frekuensi pengambilan darah yang optimal. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pengambilan data ke pihak PMI, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan model continuous review system , pengendalian persediaan dilakukan dengan cara melakukan perhitungan safety stock,reorder point, untuk setiap golongan darah serta implementasi two bin system .This study begins by loading data to the PMI, followed by processing the data using a model of continuous review system, inventory control is done by calculating safety stock,reorder point, for each blood type as well as the implementation of the two-bin system.Berdasarkan metode continuous review system,Total inventory cost (TIC) yang minimum rata-rata dari semua golongan darah adalah sebesar 104.389 rupiah.Based on the method of continuous review system,total inventory cost (TIC) the minimum average of all blood groups amounted to 104 389 rupiah. Terdapat penghematan sekitar 75.000 rupiah atau 56% per kantung darah. There is a saving of about 75,000 rupiah or 56% per bag of blood. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka biaya persediaan yang dijalankan pihak UTD PMI kota Pekanbaru belum mencapai titik minimal. VCT is voluntary HIV testing and counseling which is the entry point to help everyone get access to all HIV services. Langsat Health Center is a health center with the percentage of pregnant women utilizing the lowest VCT service, which is 21.6%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the use of HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing Services in Pregnant Women in the Work Area of ​​Langsat Pekanbaru Public Health Center in 2018. The research method was quantitative observational analytic with cross sectional studies. Study population numbered 571 pregnant women with a sample of 180 mothers. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate with chi square test, and multivariate by multiple logistic regression test. Based on the results of multivariate analysis, the variables most related to VCT Service Utilization in pregnant women in the Langsat Health Center Work Area in 2018 are variables of Husband / Family Support (POR: 2,002) and support from Health Workers (POR: 2,571). Saponin dapat merusak kutikula nyamuk dan mengganggu sistim pernafasan pada nyamuk, sedangkan flavonoid menyebabkan permeabilitas rongga badan pada nyamuk menjadi rusak.. Metode penelitian eksperimental dengan pendekatan post test-only control group design  perlakuan dengan memberikan ekstrak etanol daun kemangi dengan konsentrasi 100 %, 80 %, 60 %, 40 % dan 20 % terhadap nyamuk secara random dan diberi perlakuan serta ada pengontrolnya kemudian dibandingkan untuk menentukan keefektifan treatment. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil konsentrasi 100 % menunjukkan pengaruh insektisida paling besar dengan kematian 100 % selama 24 jam. The purpose of this study was to compare the tensile strength of composite materials made using the hand lay up and VARI methods. The types of fibers used as composite materials are palm frond fibers and matrices used in polyester resin. Composites reinforced with palm fronds are printed using the hand lay up and VARI methods. The results showed the value of composite tensile strength with the hand lay up method of 27.37 MPa and composite tensile strength using the VARI method of 28.40 MPa. The purpose of the recearch was to determine minerals content, phase of iron compound, and magnetic behavior of extracted iron sand from Betaf beach of Sarmi Papua were caculate using XRF, XRD and VSM. The result showed that extrated iron sand was contained 43,81% of Iron (Fe), 25,75% of Silika (Si) and 30,44 % others.
