The low interest in post-placental IUD use is strongly influenced by husband's support. This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's support and the use of the postplacental IUD as a post-delivery family planning program. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 62 mothers giving birth at the Pratama Clinic Kusuma Medisca Wates taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a husband's support questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by Chi Square test. Maternal mothers who used the postplacenta IUD were more mothers who received husband's support (40.3%) compared to mothers who did not receive husband's support. Statistical test results obtained p-value 0.000, prevalence rate 5.26 with a confidence interval range of 0.064-0.561. The use of homogeneous base catalysts in the synthesis of biodiesel still poses a problem for the environment because it is difficult to separate, therefore, researchers use variations of heterogeneous base catalysts. The synthesis of biodiesel from used cooking oil was carried out through a transesterification reaction with technical methanol with a catalyst of CaO impregnated Bentonite, K-Bentonite and Bentonite using the reflux method at 65ºC for 2 hours. The ratio of the volume of oil, methanol, and catalyst used is 5:1:1%-w oil. Based on the research that has been done, the yield of each catalyst is 84.85% bentonite, 84.24% K-bentonite and 89.27% K-bentonite-CaO. Purpose: This study is to effect Group Activity Therapy (TAK): Perception Stimulus sessions 1-3 on the Ability to Control Hearing Hallucinations in Schizophrenic Patients in Sebayang Room at Tampan Mental Hospital, Riau Province. This research research method is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment approach, conducted on 16 respondents from 03 to 13 March 2020 at the Tampan Mental Hospital, Riau Province. Researchers used the Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale (AHRS) module and evaluation sheet before and after the intervention. The technique used univariate and bivariate analysis with Paired Sample T Test. Phytochemical test showed aquades extract of ketapang leaves contained secondary metabolites of alkaloids, phenolics and saponins. Phenolic compounds are indicated to play a role in reducing Cu metal. The color change in the synthesis process indicated the formation of CuNPs. This disease can occur due to low personal hygiene, slum environmental sanitation, and habit of snacking carelessly. Typhoid fever prevention behavior in food handlers is needed to reduce the incidence of typhoid fever, where this behavior is influenced by the knowledge and attitudes of the food handlers about the prevention of typhoid fever. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between knowledge and attitudes about typhoid fever prevention with typhoid fever prevention behavior in food handlers in Air Hitam Sub District Payung Sekaki District Pekanbaru City. The research method used an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis used the Spearman correlation test, because the data were not normally distributed. There was a relationship between knowledge about typhoid fever prevention and typhoid fever prevention behaviors among food handlers with moderate correlation strength and positive correlation direction (p-value = 0.000; r = 0.555). There was also a relationship between attitudes about typhoid fever prevention and typhoid fever prevention behaviors among food handlers with strong correlation strength and positive correlation direction (p-value = 0.000; r = 0.674). Plastik biodegradable memiliki kegunaan yang sama dengan plastik sintetik tetapi ramah terhadap lingkungan karena sifatnya yang dapat terurai oleh aktivitas mikroorganisme pengurai. Kitosan digunakan sebagai biopolimer untuk meningkatkan sifat mekanik karena dapat membentuk ikatan hidrogen antar rantai dengan amilosa dan amilopektin pada pati. Salah satu bahan dasar plastik biodegerdable yaitu pati. Pati adalah salah satu jenis polisakarida yang amat luas tersebar dialam. Kitosan memiliki gugus fungsi amin, gugus hidroksil primer dan sekunder. Keberadaan gugus fungsi tersebut mengakibatkan kitosan memiliki kereaktifan kimia yang tinggi karena dapat membentuk ikatan hidrogen, sehingga kitosan merupakan bahan pencampur yang ideal. Selain itu kitosan merupakan turunan kitin yang paling banyak di bumi setelah selulosa, bersifat hidrofobik serta dapat membentuk lembaran dan membran yang baik. penelitian ini yang lebih berfokus pada pengaruh penambahan selulosa dari serat pelepah sawit terhadap karakteristik bioplastik dari pati sagu- kitosan dengan penambahan plasticizer gliserol. The incidence of schizophrenia in the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital was 448 cases in 2020. The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the most influential risk factors for the incidence of schizophrenia at the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital.Methods: This type of research is analytic observational with a case control approach with a total sample of 52 cases and 52 controls. Case and control sampling technique used simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis, bivariate using Chi Square test, the study was carried out on February 12 to March 16, 2020. Results: The risk factors associated with the incidence of schizophrenia at the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital are family history (p=0.010; aOR=3,068 95%CI=1,371–6,869). Salah satu alternatif untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut adalah dengan pencarian senyawa antibakteri dengan memanfaatkan ekstrak tanaman, salah satunya adalah kale. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ekstrak daun kale sebagai sumber senyawa antibakteri terhadap Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus, serta mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan E. coli dan S. aureus sehingga dapat menentukan nilai Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) ekstrak daun kale. Ekstrak daun kale diperoleh melalui metode maserasi sedangkan uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar (Kirby Bauer). MIC terhadap E. coli dan S. aureus ditentukan dengan metode dilusi cair. Ekstrak daun Kale konsentrasi 140 mg/mL berpotensi sebagai sumber senyawa antibakteri dengan terbentuknya zona hambat terbesar pada E. coli sebesar 3,3 mm dan sebesar 3,93 mm pada S. Aureus. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 Perlakuan yaitu P1 (0 gr apu-apu + 150 gr zeolit), P2 (50 gr apu-apu + 100 gr zeolit), P3 (100 gr apu-apu + 50 gr zeolit) dan P4 (150 gr apu-apu + 0 gr zeolit). Parameter utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu penurunan konsentrasi dalam air. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa ANOVA untuk melihat pengaruh perlakuan terhadap penurunan logam. Analisa kadar logam (Cd,Cu dan Pb) dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer serapan atom (SSA). Persentase Penurunan kadar Cd tertinggi yaitu 73.80 % sedangkan yang terendah 69.90 %, Persentase Penurunan kadar Cu tertinggi yaitu 89.46 % sedangkan yang terendah 42.81 %, dan Persentase Penurunan kadar Pb tertinggi yaitu 99.07 % sedangkan yang terendah 81.24 %, Nilai Penurunan kadar (Cd, Cu dan Pb) tertinggi diperoleh oleh P3. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang nyata perlakuan terhadap penurunan konsentrasi dalam air pada taraf nyata (p<0,05). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas makanan Jeruk maman dari tiga variasi jeruk maman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, yaitu melakukan penambahan cabai dan garam dalam jumlah yang berbeda pada jeruk maman. Jeruk maman yang dibuat sebanyak tiga variasi yaitu: DKA 01 = daun maman 500 g, ditambah nasi 2% DKA 02= daun maman 500 gr penambahan, nasi 2% garam 2,25% dan cabai 1%, DKA 03= daun maman 500 gr penambahan nasi 2% garam 2,5% dan cabai 1%. Diamkan selama 3 hari, selanjutnya di analisa pH, kadar air,total asam laktat, bakteri asam laktat dan protein untuk semua perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non-faktorial dengan 1 faktor yang diuji terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan dan 2 kali ulangangan. Hasil penelitan Kualitas yang terbaik dari ketiga variasi jeruk maman yaitu pada analisa kadar protein kualitas yang terbaik adalah sampel DKA 01 dengan jumlah protein tertinggi yaitu 2,47% dan nilai total asam tertitrasi tertinggi juga pada sampel DKA 01 yaitu 0,37%. Sementara pada analisa pH terbaik adalah sampel DKA 02 yaitu 3,9 %dan DKA 03 yaitu 3,8 %.
