One of the reasons that we found why there still did not plant medicine plants in their environment is because of the lack of understanding they have. One of their services for tourists or guests is providing welcome drinks. Therefore, the objective of our program was to introduce butterfly pea, how to plant and how to utilize the flowers particularly for improving hospitality such as welcome drink and welcome kit. Butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea L.) plants are known relatively easy to grow and possess chemical properties good for human health. We delivered our program to POKDARWIS Desa Wisata Sungai Masjid ss our partner through the oral presentation and demonstrated video. We also gave seeds and seedlings of butterfly pea to the participants. Our partners did not know about butterfly pea flower before participating in our program. They showed their enthusiasm and curiosity, particularly during the discussion session. Results of the questionnaire indicated that our program was useful to enhance their knowledge and provide inspiration to improve their life. One week later, after the training, the POKDARWIS had their program which adopted our program such as sowing and planting butterfly pea seeds and seedlings. The community has a very important role in efforts to develop traditional health by utilizing medicinal plants. Ginger and Turmeric are types of medicinal plants that are widely used as kitchen spices, and have benefits for increasing the body's immunity. The content of cincol and zingiberen in ginger acts as an antioxidant that can improve the work of the immune system. While turmeric contains curcumin compounds which act as an antiviral. The purpose of this research is to provide skills to the people of Muara Fajar Timur Village in processing medicinal plants into herbal products that are delicious to consume, useful for increasing immunity, and have economic value. Activities are carried out by direct training methods and distribution of herbal products to the community. The result of this activity is that the community can understand and be able to make herbal medicine. The success of this activity can be seen from the responses in the form of questions and answers and discussions with the training participants, the high interest of participants in participating in the activity and the benefits derived from this activity. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi cara cuci tangan yang baik dan benar kepada siswa sekolah dasar guna pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dimana nantinya akan tergambarkan hasil edukasi yang dilakukan melalui rekapan pretest dan posttest. Edukasi yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan metode berbasis keaktifan siswa yang merupakan modifikasi dari Community Based Interactive Approach (CBIA). Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan pretest, pemaparan materi, games, lomba cuci tangan, dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil rekap pretest dan posttest, dapat diketahui bahwa dari semua aspek yang ditanyakan kepada peserta mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Persentase peserta mengetahui langkah cuci tangan yang baik dan benar menurut WHO meningkat sebesar 57%, peserta mengetahui penyebab penyebaran infeksi akibat tidak mencuci tangan meningkat sebesar 47%, peserta mengetahui durasi mencuci tangan dengan hand sanitizer atau sabun meningkat sebesar 46% dan peserta mengetahui kapan waktu yang tepat untuk cuci tangan meningkat 53%. The method in this service activity consists of lectures and direct practice in the field. This activity was carried out from July to August 2021 in Koto Benai Village, Kutan Singingi Regency. The stages carried out are, socialization, FGD and training as well as mentoring and monitoring. The results of service activities regarding exploring the local potential of the village are an effort to encourage solving problems by looking at the problems in the village community itself. The training provided on environmentally friendly fisheries, as well as counseling in the field of agriculture and training in the home industry. The level of achievement of the PKM program targets can be said to be successful. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test given to participants. As well as for BUDIKDAMBER fish cultivation, the community can enjoy the kale harvest 2 times a month. The method of activity is carried out through counseling and direct training in the processing of macaroni products with the addition of 1% fish flour. The results of the service activities obtained that snakehead fish macaroni can provide a new variant with a neat, intact, bright yellowish color appearance. The taste of the macaroni becomes more savory with fish. The aroma has a slight savory aroma of fish, with the texture of the macaroni being crunchy and crumbly when eat. The results of consumer assessments of functional macaroni with the addition of 1% snakehead fish flour have the highest consumer acceptance reaching 98% with the \"like and very like\" category. The sensory factors of taste and crunch determine the success of the new variant in the production of functional macaroni with the fortification of snakehead fish flour with a distinctive, savory, and delicious taste. The nutritional content of snakehead fish flour is 6.92% water content, 85.35% protein, 2.78% fat, 2.92% ash, and 2.03% carbohydrates. The characteristics of snakehead fish macaroni are as follows: moisture of 7.32%, protein 19.63%, fat 6.19%, ash 3.38%, and carbohydrates 63.48%. The school area which is used by students and children need safety, comfortable and creative access as well as understanding the use of product porous paving block. The area of school for special needs Kreasi Mandiri does not have access with pavement yet and the school less understanding of suitable material for access of student’s activity. The community service team have constructed the porous paving block with design for children pedestrian as user. The result shows that area of dissemination has been used for pedestrian access and school activity such as sport. Outdoor activity has been the priority for school during pandemic era. Therefore, the dissemination has supported school activity. In addition, the knowledge and skills of the processors are still lacking in diversification of processed fish made from raw fish and marketing which is only carried out around the area. district offline.
