The dualestimation method employed in this paper uses state-spacefrequency domain Kalman filter running a pair of state andparameter filters simultaneously to estimate unknownparameters and states. Early detection of autism spectrum disorder and its consequences play major role in intervention. Yet it often remains unrecognized and diagnosed in non-clinical environments because of unawareness and the lack of screening tools specific to the autism. At times, autistic children express their feelings through aggressive behaviour towards themselves or other children due to number of reasons such as failing to understand their own feelings, misunderstanding and severe distress. While an autistic child engages in physical aggression, an immediate response is required because the sibling or peer will likely react to the child's aggressive behaviour. There's no systematic approach to identify the pre-aggressive behaviour of autistic children in software engineering perspective. The proposed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) early signs and pre-aggressive detection system is a software which provides automated solution to aforementioned problems using computer vision and machine learning libraries. It provides a level detection on early signs of autism by analyzing facial features and behaviour patterns in non-clinical perspective. It can reduce the time consumptions of the typical coil design process based on 3D (three-dimensional) simulations. The method combines an equivalent circuit model and a 3D electromagnetic simulation. It makes it possible to understand the coil properties intuitively and to solve the major engineering problems by using just the circuit model not by using the complex 3D simulation. The concept of the dominant resonance path length of the coil has also been introduced, which facilitates the design process by considering the skin effect of the coil. We have verified that the skin effect of the birdcage coil can be evaluated through a simple circular loop circuit instead of the whole 3D geometry. For this quality they are being used in varying circumstances which humans cannot control. Rovers are special robots, capable of traversing through areas that are too difficult for humans. Even though it is a robust bot, lack of proper intelligence and automation are its basic shortcomings. As the main purpose of a rover is to traverse through areas of extreme difficulties, therefore an intelligent path generation and following system is highly required. Our research work aimed at developing an algorithm for autonomous path generation using GPS (Global Positioning System) based coordinate system and implementation of this algorithm in real life terrain, which in our case is MDRS, Utah, USA. Our prime focus was the development of a robust but easy to implement system. After developing such system, we have been able to successfully traverse our rover through that difficult terrain. It uses GPS coordinates of target points that will be fed into the rover from a control station. The rover capturing its own GPS signal generates a path between the current location and the destination location on its own. It then finds the deviation in its current course of direction and position. And eventually it uses Proportional Integral Derivative control loop feedback mechanism (PID control algorithm) for compensating the error or deviation and thus following that path and reach destination. Yet the usage of Internet bandwidth and cost for additional usage of the cloud usage has become the major bottlenecks of such services. Non-Internet synchronization is the process of performing file synchronization just by using moving devices (nomadic device) to communicate the content for synchronization, i.e. without using Internet as the communication medium. This enables the synchronization to be performed at a very low cost and Internet bandwidth, yet with reasonably the same user experience. Furthermore, the use of Internet for synchronization of large media are often limited with lower upload speeds, which makes the entire process slower. The work presents the use of devices such as computers, mobile phones and other network attached IoT devices that move between synchronization storages to transfer synchronization data and synchronize the storages. The distributed storages run Linux kernel to perform synchronization algorithms, which will be discussed in the paper. The results demonstrated competitive performance with existing synchronization mechanisms given the user doesn't need real-time synchronization but nomadic access prevails. To enable the 5G system, due to its high data rates, mmWave transmission is considered as a candidate technology. However, one of the key challenging problem in having mmWave transmission for 5G communication is the presence of high phase noise levels compared to the other lower range frequency bands. In this paper we consider frequency estimation for carrier synchronization and study the affect of phase noise in the estimation accuracy. Comments or ratings given by other online users are used as recommendation and help consumers to make informed decision. Giving rating is a more convenient way to express sentiment toward a product while comments provide details and allow for subjective judgment. This paper investigates the problem of using rating alone to infer the actual sentiment polarity of the raters towards a product. In particular, the experiment attempts to discover whether the lower ratings (1 or 2 in 5-point scale) are more associated to negative polarity while the higher ratings (4 or 5 in 5-point scale) are more associated to positive polarity as universally assumed. A lexical based sentiment analysis approach is used to determine sentiment polarity of each textual comment.
