The fertilization contributed to an increase in plant height by 4.5–9.5 cm and ear length by 0.6–1.5 cm. The highest plant height (73.0 cm), ear length (8.4 cm), grain weight per ear (0.69–0.78 g) and the weight of 1000 grains (39.6–41.7 g) was in the third variant (N60P60K60). Foliar top dressing with \"Agris\" brand \"AzotKaliy\" positively influenced the change in the height of barley plants by 2.7–5.9 cm, ear length by 0.7–1.6 cm, grain weight per ear and weight of 1000 grains. A further increase in the level of mineral nutrition (N90P90K90) and foliar fertilizing with \"Agris\" brand \"AzotKaliy\" in the amount of 6 l/ha did not contribute to a significant change in the studied parameters. Mineral fertilizers on average over three years increased the yield of barley by 14.6–5.8%, the highest values was after N60P60K60 fertilization. Foliar top dressing with \"Agris\" brand \"AzotKaliy\" increased crop yield by 0.31–0.56 t/ha, or 11.4–16.7%, depending on the level of mineral nutrition. The most favorable factors for the formation of the barley crop were after application of mineral fertilizers in the amount of N60P60K60 (3.40–3.95 t/ha) and foliar top dressing of \"Agris\" brand \"AzotKaliy\" in the amount of 4 l/ha (3 92 t/ha), this is evidenced by the data of the studied biometric indicators of plants.","PeriodicalId":219145,"journal":{"name":"The Agrarian Scientific Journal","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121480300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found out that retention of placenta is recorded in 39.04% of cows. Most often, incomplete retention of placenta was noted in 36.98%, and complete one in 2.05%. The efficiency of afterbirth expulsion with uteroton was 58.82%, with metrostim and metrostim in combination with enroflon - 64.71%. Fertility of cows turned out to be the highest after intramuscular use of metrostim in combination with intrauterine administration of enroflon (76.47%) with the best insemination index (1.6±0.01). According to experimental studies, for a conservative method of overretained afterbirth expulsion in cows, it is advisable to use a myotropic drug in combination with a drug that has a bactericidal effect on the microflora of the uterine cavity. This helps to accelerate the involution of the uterus, increase fertility and prevent the occurrence of various forms of endometritis.","PeriodicalId":219145,"journal":{"name":"The Agrarian Scientific Journal","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127568176","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fertilizers produced in this way are characterized by a significant content of nutrients in a form accessible to plants and have good flowability. The purpose of the research is to study the sliding and resting friction coefficients of bulk organic compost with different basic composition and the possibility of their application to the fields using technical means used for the application of mineral fertilizers. To determine the static and dynamic coefficients of friction, we have developed an original experimental installation equipped with electronic monitoring and measurement systems. Samples of compost with different basic composition were subjected to research. It was found that the largest sliding coefficient is characteristic of a sample taken from a burt consisting of cattle manure on a straw litter, the smallest sliding coefficient is possessed by a sample of sapropelemanure compost. It was found that for all the studied types of organic compost, the difference in the values of the sliding and resting friction coefficients is insignificant.","PeriodicalId":219145,"journal":{"name":"The Agrarian Scientific Journal","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133636235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study was conducted to prove the validity of the use of synthetic antioxidants to alleviate the course of the disease, as well as to reduce the likelihood of complications after the resumption of the normal functioning of the pancreas. For this, studies were conducted on two groups of dogs with acute indurative pancreatitis. Group 1 was treated with classical therapy, and group 2, in addition to standard treatment, received Mexidol at a dose of 10 mg / kg. Analysis of hematological parameters of both groups of animals indicates a higher efficiency of treatment in group 2. In it, the absolute number of leukocytes in the blood after treatment decreased by 44%, while in the first group by 18%, the level of superoxide dismutase in the blood became higher relative to the second group by 16%, the amount of serum elastase-1 (pancreatic elastase) was within the reference values, having decreased by 51%, in the first group by 17% (P<0.05). In connection with these data, there is a reason to include this preparation in the classical regimen for the treatment of acute indurative pancreatitis.","PeriodicalId":219145,"journal":{"name":"The Agrarian Scientific Journal","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134185214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The experiment was carried out under laboratory conditions while maintaining a stable internal microclimate and an optimal degree of insolation in the room. The duration of the experiment was 85 days. A study of the dynamics of morphometric parameters, using the example of shoot and root biomass, showed that the SGECDt mutant demonstrated better resistance to toxicants: on average, the decrease in shoot biomass compared to control was 28.2%, and 5.5% for roots. Whereas on wild lines, the rates were 31.8% on shoots and 21.8% on roots, respectively. As expected, the tolerance of the mutant was best manifested in the variant with the introduction of cadmium ions. Thanks to mass spectrometric analysis, it was found that the content of cadmium in dry biomass of shoots increased with an increase in biomass in both genotypes. Moreover, in the mutant, it significantly exceeded the concentration of pollutant accumulation in the wild type, and practically did not change, starting from 30 days with separate or combined introduction of metals, and until the end of the growing season - 20-25 µg of dry biomass per gram of shoot. The content of cobalt, on the contrary, decreased in ontogenesis phases, with a slight superiority in metal fixation by the mutant, starting from 45 days after inoculation. With the simultaneous entry of both metals into the soil solution, synergism of action was not observed. The content of cobalt decreased even more in plants, while cadmium, on the contrary, increased. It can be concluded that the ion-exchange reactions between these pollutants differed in interactions in the \"soil-plant\" system by the type of antagonism. Among the optimal period for harvesting contaminated products for its further processing (phytomining), one can single out the budding phase - the beginning of flowering (45 days). During this period, the mutant plants simultaneously perform well detoxification (phytosanation) and active accumulation of atmospheric nitrogen in the soil.","PeriodicalId":219145,"journal":{"name":"The Agrarian Scientific Journal","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128383958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
