Assessment of alimentary-caused biological risk factors according to the parameters of stability in the external environment

Abstract

In recent years, the food safety of the population has been of increasing interest to the State System of Biological Safety of the Russian Federation. The article assesses the stability in the external environment of alimentary-conditioned biological risk factors. Diet-related biological risk factors play a key role in the spread of foodborne diseases in humans and animals.
