The mean values of tensile and shear strength as well as the values of standard deviation and coefficient of variation have been determined. It has been found that the injection of dispersed fillers that consist of a mixture of aluminum powder and carbon-containing powder into the epoxy polymer composition makes it possible to reduce the coefficient of variation by 40%. This article presents the derivation of equations for determining the real elastic bending characteristics of materials with a nonlinear deformation diagram based on an analysis of the dependence of the displacement of the point of application of force on its magnitude during cantilever or three-point bending of beams. By applying the Volterra matching principle using the Laplace transform, the effective viscoelastic properties of the composite are calculated in the images. The originals of these characteristics were obtained by inverse transformations using the standard operational calculus method. For composites with a polymer matrix, the Yu.N. Rabotnov method of integral operators is used. As a result, effective stress relaxation characteristics were obtained for metal composites. For polymer composites, an effective law of creep under uniaxial loading was obtained. Phenomenological models of the formation and propagation of defects structures determine the strength, anticorrosion, tribological properties of materials, and the nature manifestations of destruction processes during operation. It is shown that the corrosive aggressiveness of the Gelendzhik atmosphere due to the location of the test beds in close proximity to the coastline and the more active influence of marine chlorides and sulfates is comparable to the corrosive aggressiveness of a tropical station. It is revealed that corrosion-resistant elements do not provide high strength characteristics of steels and do not help reduce the rate of corrosion-mechanical wear.
