The single element is a rectangular patch, which is incorporated with a metasurface composed of 4×4 rectangular loops with diagonal strip in order to convert linearly-polarized wave from the patch into a CP wave. The array is fed by a sequential phase network based on series-parallel strips. The ANSYS Electronic Desktop is used for the simulations through this work. The final design has been realized and tested. The prototype yields a measured |S11| < −10 dB at 8.6 – 10.5 GHz, which agreed rather closely with the simulated value of 8.45 – 10.5 GHz. This article approaches a novel three steps method to enhance the ground phase as well as forest height estimation from PolInSAR data. The ground phase is extracted from two fist steps by using conditional optimization approach. In the last steps, the forest parameters are retrieved from the optimal loop by using two optimum coherence channel without any prior information. The accuracy of the suggested method was applied with PolInSAR simulated data, which is generated from PolSARprosim 5.2 software. To the best of our knowledge, the UFMC modulation method has not been implemented on visible light communication (VLC) systems using organic light emitting diodes (OLED), which have been rigorously researched for next generation indoor and short-range wireless communications. In this paper, for the first time, we presented in details the implementation process and experimental demonstration of UFMC modulation techniques for a VLC system using a commercial OLED. This antenna is implemented by a folded dipole antenna with a loop-based directing element to increase the gain for the whole antenna structure. The proposed antenna operates at 2.4 GHz ISM band and achieves high gain of 6.4 dBi which is suitable for far-field RFID reader. Detailed study of the proposed RFID reader antenna exhibits that the designed antenna structure provides both strong near E-field and H-field and good impedance matching properties. We mathematically derive the closed-form expression of EC of the HI-FD relay system under the joint impact of HI and residual self-interference (RSI) over Rayleigh fading environments. Based on the derived expression, we can quickly obtain the EC expressions of related systems such as ideal hardware (ID) FD relay systems, HI half-duplex (HD) relay system, and ID-HD relay system. The Monte-Carlo simulation validates all analytical expressions. Numerical results indicate a strong effect of both HI and RSI on the EC of the considered HI-FD relay system. Specifically, EC reaches the capacity floor in the high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) regime. In practice, however, even under the normal behaviour of the data, the standard deviation of the sequence is not stable. In such cases, the coefficient of variation (CV) is a more appropriate measure for assessing system stability. In this paper, we consider the statistical design of Run Rules-based control charts for monitoring the CV of multivariate data. A Markov chain approach is used to evaluate the statistical performance of the proposed charts. The computational results show that the Run Rules-based charts outperform the standard Shewhart control chart significantly. Instead of the constant level of perturbation in the initial CNM, the reasonable level of perturbation is controlled corresponding to different iterations.
