For moderate Fresnel numbers, we found different kinds of RFP beams each having axially symmetric intensity profiles and distinct structures of polarization topological defects (points of circular polarization and lines of linear polarization).","PeriodicalId":218575,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 7th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122122375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This approach is based on the set of rate equations (SRE), which describes processes taking part in luminescence. A number of experiments can be explained using this SRE, in particular, the proposed approach was applied for modeling experimental results for ZnO microstructure radiation intensity dependence on photoexcitation level and for consideration of insulating spacer role in ZnO/Ag system. In order to take into account visible emission, rate equations for level populations in band-gap and for corresponding photons and surface plasmons (SP) were added to SRE. By use of such SRE it is demonstrated that the form of visible luminescence intensity dependence on excitation level (P) like P1/3, as obtained elsewhere, is possible only if donor-acceptor pairs (DAP) exist. The proposed approach was also applied for consideration of experimental results on relation between UV and visible ZnO luminescence obtained in several works. This approach can be applied not only to ZnO-based structures but also to other semiconductors as well.","PeriodicalId":218575,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 7th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129957628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Parameters of acid hemolysis kinetics: a rate constant and content of lipid peroxidation products in erythrocyte membrane were as an indicator of the erythrocyte state. Obtained data allow one to assume that laser radiation of different wavelength is accepted by different cellular objects: water molecules (CMM), hemoglobin (green spectral region) and conjugated double bonds in unsaturated fatty acids of biomembranes (UV).","PeriodicalId":218575,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 7th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128358533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally, the amplitude zeros (optical-vortex cores) describe spiral-like trajectories. When the screen edge advances uniformly, the motion of the amplitude zeros is not smooth and sometimes shows anomalously high rates, which make an impression of instantaneous \"jumps\" from one position to another. We analyze the nature, conditions and mechanism of these jumps and show that they are associated with the \"birth-annihilation\" topological reactions involving the optical vortex dipoles.","PeriodicalId":218575,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 7th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127738154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
