Obtained results have confirmed the significant change of the components of the tensor of effective dielectric permittivity and subsequently of the magneto-optical and optical properties which was brought about by the change of the shape of magnetic particles. These calculations proved that if we take into account the shape of the particles, we will achieve a good agreement between the experimental results and the theoretical calculations.","PeriodicalId":218575,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 7th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"299 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132692288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The doping of the crystal has led to increased polarizability of KDP crystal and raised the efficiency of second harmonic generation by a factor of ∼2.5 in the pyramidal growth sector in comparison with the corresponding characteristic of the pure crystal.
