Delayed in acquiring language are most common symptoms of childhood developmental disability affecting around 5 to 10% of all children. The effectiveness of Suvarnaprashan in various developmental disabilities in children was reported earlier studies. However, its effectiveness for children with pure delayed speech and language disorder without any associated developmental difficulties was not studied previously. Hence, the study taken with aim of the combine outcome of Suvarnaprashan with speech-language therapy in children with delayed speech and language disorder. Total no. of 50 participants with early diagnosed delayed speech and language disorder with age range from 02 to 05 were included for this study. The participants were divided in two subgroups in which group A underwent for speech language therapy only and group B underwent for both speech-language therapy and Suvarnayaprashan sanskara. Children with delayed speech and language disorder showed significant improvement with Speech language therapy plus Suvarnayaprashan intervention compare to speech and language therapy alone. Suvarnaprashan can be utilized effectively as a therapeutic tool for children with delayed speech and language disorder. It is very simple, cost effective, infrastructure compatible, safe and prevention–centric approach. Hence, it should be adopted globally as immunization program also for preventive measure of delayed speech and language disorders and disability. The present study opened new dimensions and need of further research in different area of disability with large sample and long term follow up.","PeriodicalId":218317,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in AYUSH and Pharmaceutical Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134059610","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Optimization is the process of obtaining optimum formulation. There are independent and dependent variables in optimization techniques regarding pharmaceutical formulations. The number of levels of independent factor is usually selected based on the linear/ non-linear relationship existing between the dependent and independent variable. The programme is run after entering the independent and dependent variables. The program is used to detect the best fitted model based on the observed correlation between dependent and independent factors, to predict the outcome against the input (independent variables). The program output is the regression coefficients, regression equations, predicted dependent variable and standard error of point estimate. The model offering the low error of point estimate is assumed to be the best fitted model for the given data. The model is applied successfully for both linear and non-linear data.","PeriodicalId":218317,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in AYUSH and Pharmaceutical Sciences","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124159933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kshethrikarana includes the therapies like Pachana, Snehana, Swedana, Vamana and Virechana. While in Rasashastra ,Shodhana procedures are described before intake of Rasaaushadhi and Rasayana. According to Ayurveda the Shareera is considered as the Kshetra and Atma as Kshetragya. The health condition of an individual depends upon their and Kshetra (Shareera) and Kshetragya (Atma). To bring our body and Atma in pure harmonic balanced stage complete purification of body is required. Without this there is no effect of taking Rasaaushadhi and Rasayana. This unique concept is described in Ayurveda Prakasha of Acharya Sri Madhava. The method of doing purification procedures in prior to administration of Rasaaushadhi and Rasayana therapy is called as Kshethrikarana. Concept of Kshetrikarana was studied in detail and conclusion was drawn. This unique approach of Kshethrikarana can be used in Swastha person before Rasayana therapy to prepare the body and also in diseased person it can be given to get the maximum benefits of the medicine in the shortest duration of time. The procedures for Kshethrikarana can be seen imbibed within Panchakarma therapy but all Panchakarma procedures are not adopted for Kshethrikarana. Kshethrikarana includes the therapies like Pachana, Snehana, Swedana, Vamana and Virechana. Kshethrikarana presents a unique approach in Ayurveda with specially designed procedures for purification of the body. Kshethrikarana is not merely a Shodhana therapy but also, allows the biological system to return to its homeostasis & to rejuvenate rapidly & also facilitates the desired Pharmacotherapeutic effects of medicine administered thereafter.","PeriodicalId":218317,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in AYUSH and Pharmaceutical Sciences","volume":"384 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132836544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
