Threading eases a load of GUI thread (main thread) thus improving the performance of the system. Keeping the above features of threading in mind, the present study focusses on multi-threaded based quick sort and is compared with sequential quick sort. In GORE, goals are the need of the stakeholders. These goals are refined and decomposed into sub-goals until the responsibility of the last goals are assigned to some agent or some software system. In literature different methods have been developed based on GORE concepts for the identification of software goals or software requirements like fuzzy attributed goal oriented software requirements analysis (FAGOSRA) method, knowledge acquisition for automated specifications (KAOS), i∗ framework, attributed goal oriented requirements analysis (AGORA) method, etc. In AGORA, decision makers use subjective values during the selection and the prioritization of software requirements. AGORA method can be extended by computing the objective values. These objective values can be obtained by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In AGORA, there is no support to check whether the values provided by the decision makers are consistent or not. Therefore, in order to address this issue we proposed a method for the prioritization of software requirements by applying the AHP in goal oriented requirements elicitation method. It gives the output in the form of a sentiment score of each of the word and the overall text along with orientation of both (keywords and text) as being positive/ neutral/ negative. Social media has become a new platform for discussions in recent years due to growth in its reach. Sentiment analysis has proved to be quite useful in determining the collective response of people on any issue by analysing their opinions which are generally in the form of written texts. However, human beings do not understand numbers but language. So, we use the mathematical technique of perceptual computing to provide a mapping between numeric and linguistic data to generate recommendations. It is based on Zadeh's computing with words (CWW). However, to generate recommendations from perceptual computing, we need problem specific linguistic terms and their associated interval values. Obtaining interval values may not be possible in scenarios where the number of subjects available for providing feedback is very less. The reactive impedance surface (RIS) does not only miniaturize but extensively enhances the bandwidth as well as the radiation characteristics of an antenna. The proposed antenna structure consists of a micro strip antenna fabricated on one side of FR4 substrate and RIS on other side of FR4 substrate. Diminution in antenna size and enhancement in gain of circular polarized antenna by using RIS and 5×5 array of patches fabricated on low cost FR4 substrate is proposed. Gain is enhanced from 8 dB to 14.6 dB when 5×5 array of parasitic patches is fabricated on a FR4 substrate layer. Meta-material are intermittent structures. These have been investigated intensively due to the exacting characteristics of ultra-refraction occurrence and negative permittivity or permeability. The Ansoft HFSS is used for the simulation. A patch antenna is used as the radiation source. Collaborative Filtering (CF) is the most popular and widely used approach for RS which tries to analyze the user's interest over the target item on the basis of views expressed by other like-minded users. This paper gives a brief idea of various approaches used for Recommender System and provides an insight of Collaborative Filtering technique. We propose an optimal scheduling algorithm on uniform multiprocessors, named A-S algorithm, which achieves on-line scheduling as PCG[5] algorithm. PCG assigns task with largest local remaining time to fastest idle processor when rescheduling, which incurs great context switches between consecutive rescheduling. A-S keeps as many processors' assignments unchanged as possible at rescheduling points through a greed algorithm. Given the huge amount of information on these data, Hadoop platform has been able to manage and storage efficiently, and to analyze more valuable information. It has adopted distributed storage to improve the literacy rate and expand the storage capacity, and it has used MapReduce to integrate the data in the HDFS to ensure that they are analyzed and processed quickly. Lim","doi":"10.1109/CIACT.2017.7977321","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CIACT.2017.7977321","url":null,"abstract":"Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANET) is an unique category of Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET), which promises prospect in the future Intelligent Transporting System by providing inter-vehicle communication of road surveillance, traffic information, road condition etc. However, the high nodes mobility, frequent network change topology, unstable network and small coverage issues in the VANET implementation motivates for a stable design of cloud clustering algorithm. This paper propose a system that combines the traditional 802.11p standard VANET networks with LTE networks to form a hybrid Cloud-VANET that provides low network overhead with a high mobility management and high coverage in VANET networks. This approach enables VANET to have high bandwidth along with un-interruptable data connectivity by reducing the data packet loss and SNIR loss ratio over the network. The OMNET++ and SUMO traffic generator has been used to simulate the network scenario.
