While Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) can be leveraged with data science, predictive maintenance becomes a better option for manufacturers to maintain their equipment. In this study, a simulation of predictive maintenance was done by using Classification and Regression Tree (CART) algorithm to predict machine failure. We also discussed the possible improvement of predictive maintenance to OEE. Its flexibility and interactivity has brought a huge contribution into the education field such as allowing students to experience the settings of various professions in order to learn about careers (Pilgrim and Pilgrim, 2016) and also provide visual field trips by only using a smartphone. This paper has been conducted to research the trend of VR in education field and the benefits for tertiary students that by integrating the VR into their education. Moreover, the acceptance levels towards the implementation of VR in tertiary education and the challenges have also been studied. A data collection has been done through online questionnaire (i.e. Google form) to gather opinions from different universities. In conclusion, VR is not a trend in tertiary education but there is a high acceptance among tertiary students to implement it. However, these colours are auto-assigned and only restricted to certain words or phrases. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the accuracy of the colour assigned and the percival of users towards the colours. We collected our data from different socio-demographic Facebook users. A survey was carried out alongside a series of posts with similar content but different colours on Facebook. Our results show that Facebook Text Delight may not reflect user’s emotions accurately. CTR provides insights in supporting effective online advertising that generates huge advertising revenues and also improve users’ satisfaction. Researchers use various features in their proposed CTR prediction models, and they can be generally classified as advertisement feature, user feature and ad-context feature. Advertisement feature explains “How” an ad serving is, user feature illustrates “Who” is browsing the web pages and lastly the ad-context feature describes “What” the product is, “Where” will an ad displayed and the “Mood” of the web contents from users’ comments. In recent years, there is a transformation on CTR models from the traditional methodologies into deep CTR models. Different studies have emphasized certain features and there is no consensus on the features used in the CTR prediction models to achieve better performance. This paper examines the features used by various CTR prediction models in the online advertising and the various opportunities that are available for future research. When using social media sites, organisations are often keen to maximise engagements from their target audiences. Companies tend to create posts to which their audience will reply, retweet, comment, share and like. However, different types of contents from posts can impact on three interaction metrics: likes, comments and shares. In this paper, we investigate the factors that characterise the posts with which an audience engages. The results showed that media and content type of posts have a positive significant impact on customer engagement. The study also demonstrated the importance of an active online participation and communication among consumers will ultimately impact their purchase behaviour in reality. One challenge faced by social media analytics researchers in this respect is the habit of users frequently expressing their opinions using code-mixed text in their posts and comments. Code-mixing refers to the mixing of words from multiple languages in a single sentence. The languages used may include both formal and informal languages, with at least one of the languages being a resource-scarce language.
