The EOS is part of multi-criteria electro-optical device for monitoring emergency and pre-emergency situations in coal mines. The main analytical dependencies were formulated for the simulation of EOS. A computer model was developed. Checking the adequacy of computer simulation was completed. Simulation of the radiation flux arriving at the entrance pupil of the EOS during the smoldering of coal dust and the flame combustion of a methane-air mixture was carried out, taking into account the influence of the intermediate medium. Spectral ranges from 2.45 to 3.2 μm and 4.3 to 4.6 μm are used to control flame radiation. Spectral range from 3.5 to 4.2 μm is used to control radiation from smoldering. The element base for the assembly of EOS was selected taking into account the data on the spectral transmittance of the intermediate medium.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121438331","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main versions of approximation of the transfer characteristics (TC) and derivatives of the corresponding functions for differential input stages (DS) of DDA (piecewise linear characteristic, hyperbolic tangent, integral polynomial function (IPF)) are considered. It is established that the approximation of the TC in the form of continuous IPF is the most universal and can be recommended for describing the DS properties in the structure of the DDA on small and large signals with different types of transistors (CMOS, JT, JFet). Mathematical analysis and computer simulation shows that the nonidentity of parameters of the input DS to the DDA and the low voltages of the TC limitation have a significant impact on the linearity of the amplitude response of the basic connection circuit of the DDA. The obtained results are recommended to be used not only when creating DDAs of new generation, but also when evaluating nonlinear distortions and fast response in analog devices of automation and computer technology with differential stages.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121970406","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This channel formation method is a promising technology that will be probably used in the fifth-generation wireless networks. The principles of communication system operation with multiple access on the basis of sparse codes with books which dimensions coincide with the number of subcarriers are considered. Such codebooks formation algorithm is described. The signal transmission simulation results in channels with additive white Gaussian noise and in channels with multipath propagation are provided. It is shown that it is possible to increase the transmission error rate performance by the formation of \"large\" codebooks. This is achieved through the formation of multidimensional signal constellations and the analysis of complex amplitudes vector of all subcarriers used for transmission.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"308 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134450887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Feature of spectral pyrometry method is the ability to determine the temperature in the absence of data on the emissivity of combustible materials. Theoretical study was conducted to determine the spectral ranges for detection the fire radiation for flame detector (electro-optical device) based on the spectral pyrometry method. Analytical dependencies and initial data for the study were determined. Experimental spectral intensities of radiation from test fires (TF1 – TF6) were used as the initial data for the study on determination of the spectral ranges for fire detection. The error of temperature calculation by spectral pyrometry method was determined for set of test fires characterizing the combustion of various materials. The relative error in calculating of the test fires temperatures by the spectral pyrometry method does not exceed 6 %. The spectral ranges for detection of test fires radiation were determined. Spectral ranges for continuous regions of the spectrum correspond to radiation of soot particles and smoldering surfaces. Three ranges for control of fires radiation were determined: 1.8 – 2 µm; 2.2 – 2.4 µm; 3.8 – 4 µm.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131286526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
