Therefore, experimental setups and techniques were developed for the study of dynamic spectral radiation characteristics from incandescent lamps (optical noise). As result of the work, laboratory study of the dynamic characteristics for optical noise sources was carried out. The dynamic characteristics of optical noise were obtained by wavelength scanning method. The maximum spectral radiation flux in the steady state mode of operation for incandescent direct current lamp corresponds to 1.16 μm. Maximum spectral radiation flux for incandescent alternating current lamp corresponds to 1.18 μm. The measured filament temperature varies in the range from 1390 K to 2500 K for incandescent lamp operating on direct current and in the range from 1390 K to 2450 K for an incandescent lamp operating on alternating current. The dynamic characteristics of the optical noise sources were obtained by method with scanning on the supply current. The maximum spectral flux of the incandescent lamp in steady state operation corresponds to 1.2 μm. Dynamic spectral characteristics were obtained for incandescent lamp in the range of filament temperature from 1670 K to 2415 K using the Wien’s law. As result of laboratory research, the setup and technique with wavelength scanning method were chosen for studying of the dynamic characteristics for optical noise sources in the form of radiation from incandescent lamps.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126018494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that a new bilayer nucleation occurs earlier than the arsenic concentration reaches its maximum, and the complete bilayer formation does not synchronize with the concentration minimum. Such time shift is explained by the dependence of crystallization intensity on the step length of the growing island of a new layer at the drop-crystal interface: during the facet growth of a limited size the growing island perimeter changes in time nonmonotonically.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121976818","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Features of automation of adaptation for the high-speed multipoint electro-optical system was defined. Algorithm of the software was developed. The visualization of the object for facilitate work is based on the OpenGL. Software blocks for automation of adaptation for high-speed multipoint electro-optical system were described. The target function was calculated on the basis method of multifactorial polynomial regression and method of regression by neural networks. Method of multifactorial polynomial regression is implemented using the mathematical software Maple. Minimization of the target function was carried out on the basis alternating-variable descent method and gradient method with adaptive step size. The software was tested with use of sections of coal mines with complex geometry, such as: direct intersection, direct branching; abutting of mine workings at right angle. The proposed software is applicable for the adaptation of EOS to the object of any complex form.","PeriodicalId":216376,"journal":{"name":"2019 20th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127952243","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
