Due to abundant workload on node near the sink makes faster energy depletion than other nodes. Due to this, lifetime of WSNs to some amount, is resolved by the power consumption between sensor node & sink. Hence, CSMA/SF is used to reduce power consumption for sensing nodes near the sink. CSMA/SF is addition of priority to CSMA. Sensor node have strength to sense and send sense data to base station. Clustering is a key technique used to enhance energy consumption in WSNs. ELANFIS is a hybrid Fuzzy System based on Extreme Learning Machines. It combines the linguistic knowledge representation of a Fuzzy System with the fast learning speed of ELMs. This paper also proposes the use of a zero order ELANFIS for classification tasks and compares it with first order Fuzzy Systems. Thus, speckle noise reduction is essential and preprocessing step of ultrasound images. Analysts survey manifold reduction methods of speckle noise, yet there is no exact method that takes all the limitations into account. In this review paper, we compare ten filters that are Lee, Frost, Median, SRAD, PMAD, SRBF, Bilateral, Adaptive Bilateral and Multiresolution. A review study with mentioned filters in terms of measuring performance is done PSNR parameter. But this efficiency comes with the cost of a larger area and higher power dissipation. Over time, down-scaling the transistor sizes have reduced the area; but due to the CMOS logic style designing, the circuit still remains complex. Hence, in this paper a gate-level modification method called Gate Diffusion Input (GDI) is used to implement the CSLA in order to reduce the power, delay and area. The standard CMOS CSLA is compared with GDI logic CSLA designed in 45nm Technology node. Myriad of users are opting for online shopping and numerous websites are getting launched. In order to flourish in such a stiff competitive online world, organizations are paying special attention to develop an effective and efficient website. The website needs to address many issues like, attracting new users, providing easier navigation and increased transaction on the website, among others. Acquiring such website needs to optimize the several underlying criteria simultaneously. These criteria include lower waiting time, attractive presentation of website and increased selling of product or services, among others. The handling of multiple criteria simultaneously makes this task a typical multi-criteria optimization. In this paper a multi-criteria quantum inspired genetic algorithm has been proposed for website optimization considering several criteria simultaneously. Quantum inspired genetic algorithm applies the laws of quantum mechanics and use the q-bit representation, which provides more efficient means for optimization. The proposed antenna resonates at 4GHz and 7GHz with frequency bandwidth of 1.05GHz and 570MHz respectively. This hybrid structure is the combination of Koch and Minkowski curve and can be used for satellite communication, WiFi, RADAR systems and radio telecommunication. As per the different number of iterations the performance results of Koch and Minkowski curve are compared with the proposed structure, which shows that the proposed design will operate well at both the frequencies (4GHz and 7GHz) of resonance as dual model for C band applications. IE3D software is used to design and simulate the proposed antenna. The color image is converted into Lab (L=luminocity layer; a=chromaticity layer 1; b = chromaticity layer2) in various computational steps and each layer has its own importance. Clustering is a process to distinguish different kind of objects in an image and K Means clustering partitions the image, such that within each cluster same type of objects are as close as possible and each cluster must be distinguished. Having several clusters we segment the nuclei into a separate image by recalling L layer. The proposed technique enables detection and analysis of objects without feature computation of every pixel in the image. Support vector machine (SVM) classified the disease by comparing the selected clustered image which is very much close for detection of disease with the existing standard data. Speech signals as many other signals are inherently multi-scale in nature, owing to contributions from events occurring with different localizations in time and frequency. Therefore, emotion dependent spectral parameters those characterized by single scale features, approximate the vocal tract, but produce artefacts during speech signal reconstruction. In this paper, multi-resolution spectral transformation technique of Discrete Wavelet Packet Decomposition has been used along with the use of Artificial Neural Network for generation of transform function. This paper specifically carries out transformation of Neutral emotion to Angry, Happy and Sad emotions. The transform function is generated in three different techniques, using three types of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), namely, Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN), Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) and Radial Basis Network (RBN). The small sensor nodes are usually inaccessible to the users due to their remote deployment. Non functioning of any sensor due to its loss of battery power not only deteriorates the network performance but also a challenging job for replacement of energy source. Hence, energy efficiency is a key design issue that needs to be enhanced in order to improve the life span of the network. The efficiency of sensor networks strongly depends on the routing protocol used. Various clustering algorithms have been proposed in the literature to increase the lifetime of network. In all algorithms data processing is done at the cluster head (CH) which consumes large amount of energy because energy consumption depends upon the distance between the node and the base station (BS). In this paper, Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) has been extended by considering the chaining system in different clusters. Our proposed model- Topology Independent Mobility with Energy Efficient Routing algorithm (TIME), reduces the distance between two consecutive nodes and node to base station by using multiple clusters. The Chain Monitor (CM) aggregates all the data of its own cluster and sends to the base station. The performance of TIME algorithm has been investigated by several simulations by considering uniform sensing range of the sensors. From the simulation results it has been observed that even with large sensing range of the sensors the performance of our model TIME is superior than LEACH.
