It is a deception technique that utilizes social engineering & technology to convince a victim to provide personal information, usually for monetary benefits. Phishing attacks have become frequent and involve the risk of identity theft and financial losses. Detection of phishing website has become very important for online banking and e-commerce users. We proposed an effective model that is based on preprocessing (Feature selection and dimensionality reduction) and classification DataMining algorithms. These algorithms were used to characterize and identify all the factors to classify the phishing website. We implemented five different classification algorithm and four preprocessing techniques to classify a websites legitimate or phishy. We also compared their respective performances in terms of accuracy and AUC.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"148 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115653951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neural correlate is the relationship between the external stimuli and the state of neurons. The neural activity in various regions of brain may be related or unique to stimuli. Here we have acquired the EEG of subjects in relaxed state and compared it with their EEG while performing short term memory tasks. We have been found that frontal and prefrontal region has higher Delta band power during Dspan task. Also theta band power over prefrontal region has been found to be higher than the relaxed state for Corsi task. Also there is decrease in alpha band power over occipital lobe while performing task Corsi as compared to relaxed state.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116011657","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Today, social networking sites like Twitter are tremendously used in expressing the opinions about a particular entity in the form of tweets which are limited to 140 characters. Reviews and opinions play a very important role in understanding peoples satisfaction regarding a particular entity. Such opinions have high potential for knowledge discovery. The main target of SA is to find opinions from tweets, extract sentiments from them and then define their polarity, i.e, positive, negative or neutral. Most of the work in this domain has been done for English Language. In this paper, we discuss and propose sentiment analysis using Hindi language. We will discuss an unsupervised lexicon method for classification.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131101850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents Ariane which brings you a ubiquitous digital data pattern, allowing you to map any piece of your digital runtime in real time. Ariane is a framework that yields a highly modular system and API (Java or Representational State Transfer (REST)) to map any component you may have in your I.S. Once your stack is mapped, Ariane will help you to navigate the map from one point to another. Finally Ariane can assist you to setup a new kind of I.T knowledge system with automated data miners getting the data from your living I.S and pushing them to a unified map which can be the base for a lot of new analysis systems and UX features.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126809081","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Not all websites do not belong to a particular topic are indexed by a search engine say google.com, there are online platforms available where different users help the person asking for a (Universal Resource Locator) URL containing a topical information. To verify the authenticity and validity of the URL, an empirical methodology and its ranking to major its relevancy is presented through this paper. To semantically expand the search, topic ontology is used for the pre-processing of the focused crawler to make search more effective. The performance of our web crawler is further increased by using the ontology based learning which is constantly being updated by dictionary based learning and related words of the named entities. The harvest ratio is used which represents the ratio between the relevant pages and the crawled pages shows a significant improvement than the previous methods.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126556106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It caters the users with least financial burden. Cloud uses virtualization for resource management through Virtual Machine (VM). An important aspect of cloud computing remains Quality of Service (QoS), often referred as Service Level Agreement (SLA). Several user applications simultaneously compete for resources in data centers. With limitations in available resources and compelling SLAs, VMs have to be migrated live during execution. Another concern in Clouds remains energy efficiency because of huge sized servers and communication requirements; most of the investment goes in power. In this paper, a novel SLA conscious variance based VM Selection scheme has been proposed. Simulation results revels that proposed scheme outperforms other approaches based on resource optimization for cloud computing environments. During simulation some real world workload traces from PlanetLab has been used.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"192 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115246630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Simultaneous activity of the muscles acting around a joint is known as muscle coactivation. Coactivation of knee muscles is considered to be an important phenomenon for the stabilization of knee joint. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the influence of gender on Coactivation ratio of agonist-antagonist muscle pair during maximum knee contraction in male (n1=10) and female (n2=10) adult population. The agonist-antagonist muscle pairs considered were Rectus femoris (RF)-Biceps femoris (BF) for determining the Coactivation of quadriceps-hamstring muscle group. This muscle pair is a major contributor in the dynamic stability of the knee joint during movement patterns which are recommended during rehabilitation and are important for daily function. The statistical analysis applied was post hoc analysis to determine least significant differences among the different gender groups. The results showed significant gender differences in the activation patterns of the muscle pair during maximum knee extension. The results of this paper would help to better understand the significance of gender related differences in coactivation ratio that would help to manage the rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. This study is a part of a larger intervention study that is being carried out for designing feedback based FES devices.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115390216","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Of those who face the problem 82% are from rural areas. Despite this, the mobile penetration in these areas is much higher than sanitation and drinking water. This paper focuses on ways to improve the water quality and awareness about the same through a sensor-actuator system which later shifts to Sensor-Cloud model. The project proposes different sensor systems. Apart from the embedded design and information dissipation, the project paper also discusses the technical challenges and economic viability model of the system involving Mobile Network Operator and Government.","PeriodicalId":216294,"journal":{"name":"2015 1st International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT)","volume":"536 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124519071","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
