This problem occurs from the poor implementation of policies and programs and lack of government support and initiatives which evidently are the root causes of the slow improvement of the Philippine education system. This study aims to assess the implementation of Republic Act 7687 or the act that institutionalizes the science and technology scholarship in the country in relation to the actual experiences of the UPLB undergraduate DOST scholars. In support to this, the actors involved in the policy implementation including the DOST-SEI and UPLB-OUR were also considered in this study. The specific issues and challenges towards the DOST scholarships were also discussed in this paper to help in improving the effectiveness of the Republic Act 7687 as a policy. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers employed both survey and structured interview research designs. Results showed that, in general, the student respondents are satisfied with how RA 7687 is being implemented at UPLB. However, the long and stringent process of the university’s registration and late issuance of Form 5 and delay in the release of scholars’ stipend/allowance became the major concerns of the respondents. Frontline employees are under extreme and unprecedented pressure from reporting to work during this epidemic, endangering their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Long-term exposure to severe stress can have a number of negative effects on frontline employees' emotional and mental health. This essay's goal is to examine the difficulties experienced by front-line personnel (doctors, nurses, and community health workers) during COVID 19 in several international locations. Only peer-reviewed articles about the difficulties experienced by front-line personnel during the COVID 19 outbreak were examined in the literature study. This study examines the psycho-social wellbeing and health of front-line medical personnel throughout the epidemic. The efficacy of diverse investments can be evaluated at a specific time. Thus, investment return is an endeavour to directly calculate the return of a specific investment in relation to its price. Objective: The study primarily aims to examine the investment return trends of the Indian CPSEs by investigating whether there is any deviation between actual values and estimated values of total returns on investment during 2010-11 to 2019-20. Methodology: The deviations between actual values and estimated values of aggregate returns on investment have been tested by Chi-square test. In this respect, the estimated values of aggregate returns on investment are captured by applying the technique of linear regression equation. Results: The findings of the study reveal mix trends in investment returns i.e., positive, negative and zero deviations. However, both positive and negative deviations are marginal during the study period.
