Plasma is usually produced by heating a gas so that the electrons are separated from the atom or molecule from which it is made. Upper ionization can be performed using high power laser or microwave lighting. Plasma occurs naturally in stars and space. In physics, a plasma is an electrical conductor that has the same number of positively and negatively charged particles. What happens when atoms of a gas are ionized. It is sometimes called the fourth state of matter. Unlike rigid bodies, liquids and gases, negative ions are often carried by electrons. Every work has a reverse side. Positive charges are usually carried by atoms or molecules that do not have identical electrons. In some rare but curious cases, the missing electrons of one type of atom or molecule bond with another. As a result, positive and negative ions are present in the plasma. The most severe cases of this type occur when the dust is low. But as dust particles, they are added in a state known as plasma dust. The peculiarity of the state of the plasma is due to the value of the electrical and magnetic energy acting on the plasma. Affects all types of matter, except for gravitational attraction. Because the electromagnetic force can work over long distances. Therefore, the plasma acts as a fluid group. Although the particles rarely collide. Almost all visible objects in the Universe are in the plasma state. Most of them are found in sunlight and stars in this form. And the space between planets and stars, auroras, lightning and arcades are also plasma. Available with both plasma and fluorescent lamps. In addition to the rigid crystalline structure of the metal, among many other phenomena and objects, the Earth itself is immersed in a thin plasma. Out of these deaths, more than one fifth occur among pedestrians Promoting the level of road traffic law enforcement plays a great role in reducing traffic crashes. For assessing of traffic law enforcement, the registered data of traffic violation for the years 2015-2017 were taken from the Traffic Police Department to describe the activities of traffic police personnel in enforcing traffic laws. The violations were categorized into four groups: -those related to driving, vehicle, parking and others, and Traffic Law Enforcement into safety and other traffic law enforcement activities. The types of vehicles involved in the violations were categorized as cars, small load vehicles, motor-cycles, Bajaj and other. Traffic Police had registered a total of 77 traffic-law violation in the year 2015,65 in the year 2016, and 86 in the year 2017. Driving violation was the highest registered violation in the three years, and it was slightly higher in 2017. The categories of cars and small load vehicles were the highest registered vehicles in number of violations with in the three years. For motorized two-wheeler vehicles the highest number of registered violations in the three years were the one that related to driving. Out of all vehicle related and other violations were registered more commonly for cars in 2015 and 2016 respectively. From the registered violations, parking related violation was occurred only in 2017. After attaining independence in India, according to the experiences of the Constituent Assembly, it was not possible to rule the villages of the entire country from the capital Delhi, due to which the emphasis was laid on decentralization by the Constitution to make the country a public welfare state, due to which the transfer of power is above and the role of accountability to higher officials and public representatives began to increase. Health care in rural areas of India is not well developed when compared to their urban counterpart. Though government had started many initiatives to drive the health of rural Indians, still the awareness related to various health problems and their necessary treatment is at a very nascent stage in rural India. The decision regarding consultation of doctors in case of suffering from common diseases like cold, cough, etc comes from a variety of sources and hence the perceptions and attitudes of rural people must be studied regarding medical treatment in case of common diseases. The present study will also help to marketers of medicines and doctors to address the issues properly. The present study investigated the perceptions and attitudes of rural people of selected villages of Mehmdavad district towards medical treatments. A sample of 100 people living in rural areas of Mehmdavad was selected and a structured questionnaire was administered with them. Chi square and ANOVA test were used to check the influence of current state of suffering from common diseases and their perceptions and attitudes towards medical treatment.
