To get stable and high yields, it is necessary to use modern equipment. Recently, the main emphasis has been on equipping machines with electronics, while less and less attention is paid to the design of agricultural machines. Despite the large number of mechanization means of soil rolling, they often do not ensure the fulfillment of agrotechnical requirements for soil rolling. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to test the effectiveness of using the developed vibrating roller in the field on soybean crops. (Materials and methods) The article presents the fundamentally new vibration roller, the distinctive feature of which is the presence of a passive drive of disbalancers mounted on the rotating axis of a hollow cylinder. In the field conditions, the quality of work of the developed vibrating roller and mass-produced rollers was compared using the coefficient of compliance with the standard. (Results and discussion) The use of a vibrating roller give a higher quality of soil rolling, a 42 percent better value of the optimization criterion compared to the KKZ-6 roller. The soybean seedlings are more harmonious compared to rolling in other rollers. (Conclusions) The rolling of soybean crops with the proposed vibrating roller allowed to increase its yield to 33.5 quintals per hectare (by 27.4 percent) compared to 26.3 quintals per hectare after rolling the crops with the KKZ-6 rollers mass- produced by the industry. One of the promising methods of producing prototypes for testing their working capacity is additive manufacturing. To date, the most widespread 3D printing technology is Fused deposition modeling. The advantages of this method over other 3D printing technologies are the simplicity of the process and the availability of equipment and materials, their wide range, which allows you to vary the properties of the product. The article describes the application of the technology for the manufacture of a prototype of a heat exchanger cover and the influence of the working fluid of the heat exchanger on the properties of the material from which it is made. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to select a 3D printing material that would retain its properties under the specified operating conditions, as well as meet all the basic criteria for the selection of materials established by materials science practice. (Materials and methods) The materials considered for 3D printing by Fused deposition modeling: general-purpose plastics; engineering plastics; high-temperature or superconstructive plastics. SBS, PETG and PC plastics used in 3D printing. The samples were printed on a Picaso Designer X Pro 3D printer with 50 and 100 percent filling in the grid with an angle in the crosshair of 90 degrees. (Results and discussion) The article describes the dependence of volumetric shrinkage on the percentage of filling. The results of experimental studies of the retention of samples in the working fluid were presented. The indicators of swelling of the studied plastics were described. (Conclusions) The greater the internal percentage of filling, the smaller the change in the mass of the sample. The design of the gas infrared burner includes a ceramic perforated radiator panel and auxiliary elements (gas valves) that control the process of gas supply to the burner and subsequent combustion of the gas-air mixture. The work efficiency depends on the appropriate selection of the dimensions of its main structural elements. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in calculating gas infrared burners for disinfection of soil and substrate in protected ground. (Materials and methods) The calculation of gas infrared burners is reduced to determining the dimensions of its main structural elements: nozzle, throat, mixer, reducer, diffuser and nozzle. (Results and discussion) The gas flow rate per burner, the cross-sectional area of the nozzle and its diameter, and the gas flow rate from the nozzle, the area of the radiating surface were determined based on the specified thermal load Qo and the specific load qo of the nozzle. The calculations of the velocity of the gas-air mixture in the holes of the tile fit within the limits of permissible speeds. The article presents the calculation scheme of the gas infrared burner. (Conclusions) The gas infrared burners, the main structural elements, gas consumption and the speed of the gas-air mixture were calculated. There are sections of roads where centralized power supply lines are located far away or absent. It is difficult to regulate and ensure traffic safety at the sufficient level on such sections at the intersection of roads and railways at the same level. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to analyze the equipment available on the Russian market, powered by renewable energy sources, to solve the problem of guaranteed power supply to remote railway infrastructure objects and to select the most promising types, the effectiveness of which depends on natural and climatic conditions. (Materials and methods) The article presents a power supply system that can be applied to various artificial and engineering structures of general-purpose railway transport, such as crossings, bridges, tunnels, crossings in front of bridges and tunnels, sidings and others, for emergency or on-duty lighting. Such a system allows you to save electricity coming from a centralized power supply system, and in the case of an emergency shutdown, to provide power supply to the facility for a long time, and perform the function of backup power supply, but it takes on special importance in places where there are no centralized networks, when using it as an autonomous power supply system. (Results and discussion) The article presents a classification according to the categories of autonomous power supply systems, criteria of importance and power consumption of the objects, and gives the conditions for their use. The article describes a block diagram of the power supply system of a pedestrian crossing over a single track with energy reservation for up to three days. The daily energy consumption of a railway pedestrian crossing with lighting and railway traffic lights, installed the energy capacity of batteries with redundancy for up to three days, the power and number of photovoltaic converters are calculated. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to consider the possibilities of using 3D scanners in agriculture based on the analysis of existing models and the principles of their operation. (Materials and methods) There were used open information sources dedicated to the issues of 3D scanning. There have been studied the experience of using a 3D scanner based on FNAC VIM. The research was carried out using methods of collecting, studying and comparative analysis of information. (Results and discussion) With the use of a 3D scanner, it is possible to scan various physical objects, obtaining their three-dimensional digital models with high accuracy (the quality of the result depends on the selected scanner model and the scan processing used). The scanning method distinguishes between contact scanners, scanners using structured light, and laser scanners. Tomographs have been allocated to a separate group as a kind of 3D scanners, which make it possible to obtain models of objects with complex internal cavities. The most popular program is Geomagic Design X as a program that allows to obtain a solid-state model from a scan with subsequent editing in various CAD/CAM/CAE systems. The article presents the experiments conducted on the basis of FNAC VIM, showing the possibility of using 3D scanning to obtain a model of a ploughshare and analyze changes in its shape due to wear. The introduction of intelligent and automated systems and digital methods leads to the need for the development of control systems and sensors that ensure accuracy and operational stability. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in developing the polymer composite materials based on an epoxy oligomeric binder for use as PTC sensors. (Materials and methods). The compositions were mixed according to the calculations of generalized parameters of the structure of a dispersed-filled polymer composite material. The method of thermomechanical analysis was used to study the dependence of electrical resistivity on temperature for samples of composite material based on ED-20 epoxy resin with different filler concentrations. The resistance was measured by multimeter to the contacts of the sample. Copper fabric was used as contacts. (Results and discussion) The article considers the possibility of using the obtained composite materials on the example of the technological process of grain drying, where the temperature of the drying agent can vary in the temperature range from 40-50 to 120-140 degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of «programming» PTC sensors based on polymer composite materials by varying the qualitative and quantitative composition to solve the necessary tasks and the operation of PTC sensors in different temperature ranges. (Conclusions) The developed samples of polymer composite materials have the prospect of application as PTC sensors for various technological processes of agriculture. Mainly, such technologies imply a reduction in the number of technological operations performed, the replacement of sowing on pre-treated soil with sowing according to minimal technology or no-till at all. When implementing comb sowing of row crops, the problem of energy saving remains relevant. Keeping in mind the design features and the operation principle of tillage rollers, it can be stated that they are designed mainly for the destruction of soil lumps and compaction of soil on a flat field before or after sowing. There is a problem of high-quality rolling of soil ridges formed simultaneously with the sowing of row crops. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to substantiate the traction resistance of a roller aggregated with a combed roller theoretically. (Materials and methods) The algorithms used to assess the quality of the rollers are imperfect, for reliable justification of the optimization parameter, it is necessary to solve a number of issues, in particular, the methodology for determining the traction resistance of rollers designed for the final creation of soil ridges by simultaneous action of spherical disks and conical wheels on their sides. A skating roller has been developed for the finishing operation of forming a soil ridge with the required parameters and density simultaneously with sowing, the novelty of which is confirmed by patents of the Russian Federation No. 194330, No. 194348, No. 196712. (Results and discussion) The article presents the process of forming a soil ridge by a roller, and the justification of the traction resistance of a ridge drill roller. A vertical load artificially created by a spring additionally acts on the roller of the comb seeder, this load evenly spreads to the conical core and spherical disks of the roller. There is an urgent question about the implementation of carbon dioxide fertilization of plants in protected soil structures. The low concentration of carbon dioxide in the cultivation of plants serves as a factor limiting the yield. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to develop an algorithm for the microprocessor for supplying carbon dioxide to protected ground structures using electric nozzles. (Materials and methods) Since the content of carbon dioxide in the atmospheric air is only 0.03 percent, it is necessary to create an installation capable of dosing carbon dioxide. With insufficient air exchange, the CO2 content in greenhouses as a result of its intensive absorption by plants can fall below 0.01 percent and photosynthesis practically stops. The article presents the calculation to reduce the cost of protected crops using a carbon dioxide generation plant. The domestic and foreign literature have been analyzed. The article compares the characteristics of the injectors. There were described the method of calculating the number of injectors and the method of supplying carbon dioxide to the plants of the protected ground. (Results and discussion) The article presents the electrical equipment used in the installation. The electrical principle scheme of the installation includes the Mitsubishi FX2N microcontroller. The microcontroller is controlled by an algorithm for the supply of carbon dioxide. (Conclusions) It is possible to solve the problem of lack of carbon dioxide when growing plants by supplying gas with electric nozzles to the construction of a protected ground with direct control by a microcontroller. Earlier developments of the authors show the possibility of controlling and eliminating this factor by the method of preliminary acclimatization and drying of the material. Automation of drying of raw materials for polymer packaging at the enterprise cannot be developed and implemented without preliminary research of the drying process, development of recommendations for the organization of an automated control system. The issue of drying multicomponent and composite materials in the finished mixture remains open today. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing an algorithm for automating scientific research of the high-frequency drying process of multicomponent polymer materials. (Materials and methods) The article presents the existing automated systems for scientific research of high-frequency processing and their methodology, based on previously stated controlled parameters. The article describes the approach and the algorithm for an automated system of scientific research of the drying process of a multicomponent polymer mixture. A new temperature parameter controlled in the volume of the heated polymer was proposed. The depth of the controlled layer was selected according to the described methodology. (Results and discussion) The system was protected from breakdown phenomena, which limits the current consumption in automatic mode in accordance with the characteristics of industrial equipment (0.9 amperes). The automatization of control system was made using the studied law of changing the power of a high-frequency generator on the rotation angle of the regulator. As a result of mathematical data processing, the structure of the nomenclature of agricultural goods was described, the share components of transport and transport-technological processes, peak periods of transport support of production processes were determined. (Research purpose) The research purpose is to study the nomenclature of agricultural goods and materials necessary to ensure the implementation of the activities of modern agricultural producers, to analyze transport and transport-technological processes associated with the production of crop production on the example of a typical farm of JSC «Zelenogradskoye», taking into account the production and agro-landscape conditions of the Moscow region. (Materials and methods) The article presents the detailed analysis of the transport support of agricultural production processes in the implementation of transport tasks in the conditions of the Moscow region. The article describes the justification that the studied farm matches with the average indicators of production and agro-landscape conditions of the Moscow region. (Results and discussion) The nomenclature of goods was determined based on the study of the transport support of technological processes of JSC Zelenogradskoye, consisting of 165 types used in the production activities of the enterprise, as well as construction works. Tractor transport unit (58.6 percent) and motor transport (41.4 percent) were used for cargo transport and technological processes as mobile energy means. The analysis of the change in the volume of cargo transportation by month by various modes of transport showed that there is a correlation of graphs. The share of tractor transport operation is higher in winter, which is explained by the poor condition of roads connecting rural areas.
