A 'chestnut picking' competition was held near Uijeongbu Station in 1921. It developed as an annual event in October by opening private chestnut tree forests. Active participation in activities and entertainment were encouraged, with geishas affiliated with the association presenting dance, song, and new faction drama. The chestnut picking event was renamed and held as the ‘Women's Chestnut Picking Competition’ in the Annyang area in 1933 and 1934. The organizing institution of the competition responded to the changing times, transitioning from ‘Maeil Shinbo’ to ‘Chosun Ilbo’, ‘Dong-A Ilbo’, and the magazine company Shin Gajeong. Japanese overseas study women emerged as main participants, beginning to raise various voices. The chestnut picking competition held in Gyeonggi area centered on Uijeongbu came to an end in 1938. With the visibility of base return in 2020, theUijeongbu local government is also actively working on the long-desired project of cultural restoration and activation of cultural space. For the study, based on three references piano teaching strategies for 21st century teachers, successful piano teaching methods, and general theory of piano pedagogy, the study categorizes 10 techniques within the beginner learning goals. Next, the beginner techniques for each textbook are analyzed into the 10 types above. As a result, it was found that 7-8 techniques were evenly distributed through the three characteristic techniques icons, and that other techniques were classified as additional techniques and intermediate techniques. Accordingly, though detailed comparison and analysis, similar techniques are grouped and supplementary and characteristic techniques are selected. The subjects of the study were 12 childcare teachers in J City who reported experiencing job-related stress (6 in the experimental group, 6 in the control group). Art Therapy was held once a week from July to August 2022, for a total of 8 sessions, 80 minutes each. The results of the self-compassion scale and job stress scale for the experimental and control groups before and after implementing the program are as follows. As follows. First, the experimental group's overall self-compassion, self-kindness, universal humanity, and mindfulness abilities were found to have improved. Second, the experimental group's job stress related to overall job stress, unsupportive work environment, peer teacher relationship, and parent relationship decreased. For this purpose, we conducted a 15-week aesthetic experience-based early childhood art education class for 64 students of early childhood education at a three-year university in S city. The data from the pre- and post-quantitative tests of art teaching efficacy and aesthetic attitude were collected and paired t-test was conducted. In addition, qualitative data such as self-reflection journals, interviews, discussion results were collected and analyzed by open coding method. To this end, an interview survey was conducted with five instructors. According to the results of analyzing the instructors’ perceptions, first, it was revealed that in terms of setting the examination by the instructors on their own, they say that making the listening test is a great burden on them. In addition, the instructors were not sure about the difficulty and validity of the tests they presented. And the feedback is not properly given after the completion of the comprehensive evaluation at the end of the semester. Furthermore, it was found that the evaluation needs to reflect the characteristics of Korean for academic purposes. The analysis results of class operation that applied individualized instruction using the non-face-to-face class method implemented during the pandemic are as follows. First, the LMS system accumulates learner data and allows the instructor to check the learner's individual achievement and provide continuous individual guidance. At this time, the guidance for each learner is meaningful in that it allows the learner to actively intervene in the context of the class. Next, 1:1 feedback through Zoom is meaningful in that learners, by participating in the feedback process, embody that the essence of writing lies in communication and realize that reflecting on their own writing is also a part of writing. This change of form also points out the future direction for development of web animation. The purpose of the study is to establish a framework of the expression mode, interrelationship and influence mechanism of these forms of content by analyzing the multiple fusion of visual content in classic works of Chinese web animation and the influence of the new forms on the audience's cognitive experience in the context of the times. To this end, three college students preparing for employment were asked to experience the AI interview system to analyze the competency results and conduct interviews and surveys after the experience. Three AI interview systems were selected that can be easily accessed by learners for free, are not complicated to subscribe and use, and can directly check the analysis results. The characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each system were presented, and the method of presenting competency evaluation between systems was analyzed. Participants learned the importance of using professional vocabulary and competency vocabulary in AI interviews. Through written interviews, the study collected experiences of academic helplessness from 15 students majoring in elementary special education at a teachers' college. Phenomenological methods were utilized to analyze the gathered data. The analysis identified 25 meaning units that were categorized into 7 sub-themes. These included discrepancy between expectations and reality regarding academic achievement, social maladjustment in university life, overemphasis on external assessments. diminished focus and motivation for learning due to declining physical health, seeking external support upon recognizing helplessness, accepting environmental constraints and one’s own limitations, and re-exploring learning motivation and goals. These themes highlight the uncontrollable challenges students encounter in various adverse situations and the strategies they adopt to manage them. To this end, Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(HMPS), the Revised Martin-Larsen Approval Motivation Scale(RMLAM), Social Interaction Anxiety Scale(SIAS) and Social Phobia Scale(SPS) were used with 469 college students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between self-oriented perfectionism(SOP), socially-prescribed perfectionism(SPP), NA, and SA. Second, SOP directly reduced SA and SPP directly increased SA. Third, SOP reduced SA by mediating NA and SPP increased SA by mediating NA. Based on the results of this study, counseling intervention methods for college students experiencing SA were discussed in terms of SOP, SPP, NA, and SA.
