So, the news/information needs to be preserved and should not be modified by any user. Providing security for the news data is a major concern. The decentralized approach of a chain of blocks is used in order to strengthen the security of the news. The existing blockchain framework that offers openness, tamper-proofing, privacy, controlling information, and monitoring is inherited in the proposed work. Precisely, the idea is to build a safe platform that can detect bogus news on social media platforms. Even if the environment is fragile, the chain of blocks-based decentralised peer-to-peer environment provides security to the published information. \u0000Objectives: As a result of recent innovations and advancements in the field of computer technology, social media networks have emerged as one of the most crucial aspects of contemporary human existence. Social media has developed into a well-known platform for information dissemination and news, as well as for daily reports. There are a variety of benefits associated with social media; but, on the converse, there is a great deal of misleading news and data that can mislead the reader. One of the major issues with social media is that there is a dearth of information that can be relied on as well as real world news. Because of misleading news on social media, users are misled. So, to build a trustful environment, early detection of misleading news is necessary. Innovative machine learning methodologies are useful to identify and recognize misleading news more accurately. \u0000Methods: Misleading news is more viral than real news. People instantly believe on the false information. So, there is a need to reduce the dissemination of misleading information on social media. In order to minimize the spread of misleading news, the source of the news needs to be traced. In overall, proposed system utilizes the chain of blocks and applies proposed machine learning methodologies in order to identify misleading news and thereafter reduce the propagation of misleading information by blocking the fake user.   \u0000Results: An experimental analysis reveals that the proposed classification algorithm obtains a better accuracy rate. It is also seen to impact the behaviour and attitudes of adolescents significantly. The study aims at conducting a comparative study in the modernisation level of male and female secondary school students of Bongaigaon District of Assam. A primary, quantitative approach is adopted to conduct a survey and analysis among 200 (102 females and 98 males) sampled students from 5 provincialized higher secondary schools in the Bongaigaon District of Assam. The results indicate that the modernisation level is 172.21 for males and 171.23 for females. Comparatively, rural males are the most impacted population. The male students are more impacted by modernisation which can be attributed to the freedom seen for male children in traditional Indian households whereas the girls are taught to value traditional Indian beliefs and customs. New cement needs to have high fluidity and strong cohesion for these applications. The necessary concrete characteristics can be ensured through the use of fine elements like fly ash. The preliminary findings of a trial to produce and assess SCC created using large amounts of Fly ash is given and discussed. During this investigation, few SCC combinations and a control concrete is examined. The water/cementitious material ratio is ranges from 0.35 while cementitious material amount remained constant (300 kg/m3). Its self-compacting mixes replaced 25%,35%,37.5%,40%, and 50%, of the cement with fly ash. All mixes were put through tests to determine their viscosity and stability as fresh concrete. Additionally, the compressive strength, Flow Ability Test, Flexural strength and Split Tensile Strength of cured concretes were measured. For the purpose of testing the flow characteristics and mechanical properties of Hybrid Propylene Steel Fibre Self-Compacting Concrete (HPSscc), Steel Fibre in combination with Poly Propylene PP Fibre (Hybrid Fibre) are used to regulate SCC at concentrations of 0.25+0.15%, 0.50+0.30%, 0.75+0.45%, 1.0% + 0.60%, and 1.25+0.75%.The ideal quantity of hybrid fibre is established. The 28-day compressive strengths of the SCCs ranged from 35 to 54 MPa. It is important to research the effects of adding steel fibres to control SCC of various types, aspect ratios, and volume fractions.  Concrete can benefit from having its tensile strength increased by using synthetic fibres like polypropylene PP. It is important to achieve the ideal quantity of PP fibres to be added for a specific characteristic of the mix's constituents. Hybrid fibre is used in concrete when more than one fibre is included. The performance of concrete can be improved by using the characteristics of one type of fibre with another type of fibre.  Also Flow Ability Test carried out immediately after producing concrete earlier and Split Tensile Strength tests are conducted. Therefore, when formulating language policies, these countries have been confronted with similar issues though they have responded to their specific sociopolitical contexts in different ways. This paper outlines some of the major issues. One is the continued domination of English after gaining political and economic independence resulting from a complex interplay of endogenous as well as exogenous factors. The endogenous factors pertain to the need to balance the interests of social and political groups within the country whereas the exogenous factors pertain to globalization and the use of English as the lingua franca. The model is based on analyzing patient data such as age, gender, diagnosis, lab results, treatment history, and prior hospitalizations. The model employs supervised learning techniques such as random forests and gradient boosting to generate predictions of survival probabilities. Additionally, the model uses feature engineering to identify important features and reduce noise in the data. The model is evaluated using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) and other metrics. The results indicate that the model has good predictive accuracy and can be used to identify high-risk patients and guide clinical decisions. The goal of this project is to develop a machine learning model for the diagnosis and prognosis of leukemia in Indian patients. The model will use a progressive analysis of patient data to identify the characteristics associated with leukemia, including genetic markers, environmental exposures, lifestyle factors, and demographic information. Using this information, the model will be used to accurately predict the risk of developing leukemia in Indian patients. Additionally, the model will be used to identify the most effective treatments for those diagnosed with leukemia and to monitor the disease progression.
