The effectivity of Manuka honey in wound healing process was huge published currently. Modern dressing and Manuka honey may not affordable and cost effective since these dressings were not produced originally in Indonesia. In addition, the published study of Indonesian honey is still lack. Therefore, we conducted this study to investigate the effectivity of Indonesian honey in diabetic foot ulcers healing process. \u0000Method: This study design was observational case study. This study was conducted among type 2 diabetes with diabetic foot ulcers in Griya Afiat Homecare and ETN Center in Makassar City, Indonesia from March to June 2014. The Bates Wound Assessment Tool (BWAT) were used to collect the score of diabetic foot ulcer healing process regarding wound size, depth, edges, undermining, necrotic tissue type, necrotic amount, granulation, epithelization, exudate type and amount, surrounding skin color, edema and induration. Descriptive, Independent t-test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Wilcoxon signed rank test were conducted appropriately. \u0000Results: In total, 10 type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic foot ulcers were participated. The factors associated with wound healing process were diabetes treatment (t= 2.44, p= 0.041) and primary dressing (t= -2.76, p= 0.025). The effect of honey primary dressing was in reducing wound size (p= 0.043), improving necrotic tissue type (p= 0.041), reducing necrotic tissue amount (p= 0.042), increasing granulation (p= 0.038) and epithelization (p= 0.042). Physicall illnesses is one of anxiety causes. Stunting is a physicall illness in children manifested by a very low height for age. Stunting causes cognitive development disorder, inhibition of mental and motor development, make children more susceptible to diseases. Stunting bad effects is not only on children with stunting but also for parents of children with stunting who become caregiver for the children. Stigma from the society can be occur to the family who cares children with stunting, especially mother. Preliminary data showed mothers of children with stunting feels worry or anxiety about their children. Anxiety intervention for mothers of children with stunting is necessary. Anxiety intervention conducted by thought stopping. Based on the data, this study conducted to know decrease in anxiety in mother of children with stunting after tought stopping therapy. The method was a case study. Author conducted thought stopping therapy in three times of meeting. The result of the study was thought stopping can be used as psychotherapy to decrease anxiety in mother of children with stunting. Continuity of nursing care is fulfilled if the range of health services is appropriate, the availability of quality caregivers professionals and information related to patient care are delivered on an ongoing basis. The method used is a case study with observation, interviews, secondary data and document review. This study that is an innovation project, uses a fish bone diagram approach to identify the causes of the discontinuity independent nursing care documentation. Documentation of evaluation of independent nursing care for the development of patients in the midwifery and ginecology room in X Hospital in Jakarta has not reflected the continuity of nursing care. The causes include the lack of optimal competence in providing independent nursing care, not optimal nursing manager functions. Nurse behavior should reflect caring in providing nursing services as the essence of nursing. The method used in this paper is a case study. Data collection is done by interviews, document observation, and distributing questionnaires to nurses in the amount of 517 nurses. The questionnaire used was the Nursing Professional Value Scale and Nurse that was modified and used to determine the nurse's professional score scale. Interviews were conducted with the field and nursing committee using a semi-structured interview guide. Interview material includes management functions related to the application of the nurse's professional values. Data analysis using fishbone analysis. The results showed that the professional score scale of nurses was quite strong, namely 101.19, but the application of professional nurses' values was still not optimal because some nursing leaders were still less professional. Nursing round and nursing handover are substantial elements in providing nursing services and ensure patients’ safety. Optimizing the implementation of the nursing round and nursing handover aims to refresh, renew, and optimize required instruments. Therefore, renewing nurses’ knowledge and commitment is required to adopt a better change as mentioned in the hospital’s vision and mission, i.e. continuum of care. This research employed an analysis study with Fishbone analysis. The results reveal that the nurses’ knowledge of nursing round management increases by 49.25%, and their experience of conducting nursing round increases by 39.13%. It indicates a fine enhancement and proves that the implementation of nursing round and handover is effective to enhance the nurses’ knowledge of nursing round management because, in this round, nursing handover is directed and monitored. The commitment of top management plays a significant role in optimizing this program. HIV infection has the effect of reducing immunity status and increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Antiretroviral (ART) use as a therapy for HIV also increases the risk of heart disease. Objective: This literature review aims to identify the risk of cardiovascular disorders in HIV patients in Indonesia. Method: literature review of articles published January 2009 to September 2018 using search keywords namely 'Anti-retroviral therapy', 'Cardiovascular disease', 'Corronary artery disease', and 'HIV'. Results: There were 21 journal articles that were relevant to the design and purpose of paper and 3 articles that discussed the risk of heart disease in HIV patients in Indonesia. The results of the literature review showed that HIV patients in Indonesia are at risk of developing cardiovascular disorders which are exacerbated by the use of ART and smoking behavior. The risk of cardiovascular disease includes structural abnormalities and coronary heart disease. Conclusion: HIV patients have a high risk of developing cardiovascular disease. This selection is based on consideration of the appropriateness of the material provided for the patient's needs and the learning objectives to achieve. The purpose of this literature review is to identify the types of methods and educational media employed to improve self-knowledge and abilities of orthopedic surgery patients. Method: The references employed in this literature review were four experimental research articles published in 2010 to2018. The keywords appropriateness in the search were \"orthopedic patient\", \"patient education\", \"patient knowledge\", \"education method\", and \"patient outcome \"through the ProQuest database, EBSCO, Sage, and Clinical Key. Results: This review shows that the media and educational methods vary widely, including face-to-face education, web-based or internet-based education, education with DVD videos, and structured education. Statistical analysis shows that all of these methods can improve the knowledge and skills of orthopedic surgery patients in undergoing the perioperative phase. Conclusion: Using structured educational methods with media combined with web-based or internet education and DVD video education with direct education (face to face) is considered good for education established for patients. This unpreparedness is caused by the inability of patients to manage their own needs and care needs after returning home in carrying out daily tasks, caring for themselves, and the ability to do health care. So that a nursing strategy is needed in preparing the patient's discharge planning in the form of discharge teaching. Four data bases namely Cochrane, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and Scopus were used to explain the effect of discharge teaching to improve patient readiness post hip surgery. Educational needs expected by patients post hip surgery are related to complications, operating procedures, rehabilitation programs, prosthesis, and pain management. Patients hope to get knowledge related to all dimensions, but in reality they only get from the functional dimension. Patients get more knowledge only during treatment than when they are going home. Discharge teaching must also pay attention to the content of information and delivery methods and must be given in all stages of treatment and repetition of important items.
