From the study carried out, it was noted the different possibilities of using DTs (Digital Technologies) as an educational instrument in Portuguese language classes. When there is a reference to software development, a great change is perceived in the processes established today, which must follow specific methods according to the appropriate area. The objective of this work is to characterize the agile methods (Scrum and Kanban) to manage complex projects and identify which one is the best applied for a given situation, including the possibility of using them together. A bibliographic research was carried out and an application was developed with the objective of using the comparison of two Agile Methodologies relating the good practices adopted in both methods, through the concepts, values, differences of each one. It was concluded that it is possible to use Scrum and Kanban together in a practical approach, combining the best elements of both methodologies. At the end of the 1970s, pornography began to be treated as a political problem by second-wave feminists, who denounced the harmful effects of pornography and believed that the prohibition of pornographic contente was a measure of gender equality. Taking as a premise that the basic characteristic of tax immunity is the fact that it is unconditional and subjective, we sought to observe the practical implications of the incidence of this fundamental guarantee supported by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988. Extending the analysis of the differentiated tax regime to which religious organizations submit, observations were made of the governmental mechanism for taxing the prebenda (stipend) and the risk of a possible mischaracterization of its nature. Es así que, tendrá como objetivo: plantear un conjunto de criterios para la materialización del derecho a la reparación integral en contextos plurales. Desde un punto de vista metodológico, es una investigación descriptiva, analítica y propositiva, que, en su construcción, realiza una revisión bibliográfica amplia, considerando documentos, datos y una serie de artículos publicados, y la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Sin embargo, se observa que existen avances normativos y jurisprudenciales en materia de reparaciones, que las víctimas directas e indirectas de contextos plurales no tienen garantizado el derecho a la reparación integral, al existir limitaciones fácticas en el marco normativo e institucional que materialice plenamente dicho derecho. Bigot","doi":"10.30972/rcd.216715","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30972/rcd.216715","url":null,"abstract":"El presente trabajo analiza la certificación ISO 9001 obtenida por la Dirección General de Rentas, mediante la cual la administración provincial de Corrientes contribuye a una creciente tendencia global hacia la incorporación, en la esfera pública, de herramientas de gestión de calidad. En el encuadre conceptual de esta experiencia convergen dos trayectorias: la genealogía de la serie ISO 9000 en el campo de la normalización técnica, y la apertura de los decisores públicos hacia la adopción de instrumentos de calidad promovidos desde corrientes de pensamiento en el ámbito disciplinar de la administración de organizaciones. Desde esta perspectiva, se destaca la funcionalidad que los modelos de calidad adquieren a la luz de los postulados de reforma del Estado orientados hacia la ciudadanía. Así contextualizado bajo principios, tendencias y agendas institucionales de la normalización y la certificación, el núcleo del trabajo profundiza en la tarea analítica referida al caso específico tratado, es decir, la confluencia entre Calidad, Responsabilidad Social y Transformación Digital, como fuerzas integradas para la promoción de la mejora continua en el organismo provincial de rentas. The paper has the goal to examine the active legitimacy of that public office, from the perspective of constitutional theory and civil proceduralism, to conclude for the existence, or not, of an extraordinary legitimacy so as to obtain the animal protection referred in the 1988’s Federal Constitution, focusing on Preventive Injunctions for that purpose. Data acquisition and transmission in the plant are performed by routines performed by a microcontroller where measures such as solar radiation intensity, temperature, humidity, electrical voltage and electrical current are verified, aiming at fault diagnosis. Through cloud computing, Internet of Things platforms and dedicated interfaces, data is processed, stored and made available in real time, with ample capacity and mobility, allowing for remote monitoring of the system.
