The system aggregates the bibliometric indicators of Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection, Russian Science Citation Index, performs the statistical analysis of scientific research activity of an author / \u0000organization, provides a basis for analytical materials on the state of the Belarusian R&D sector. The ever-increasing volume of such information, its fragmented location (in various databases, information retrieval systems, etc.) actualize the interest in automating processes when dealing with such scientific resources. The paper presents the functions of a software package for infometric diagnostics of the publication flow to serve users of the Belarus Agricultural Library (BelAL), which is being developed at the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and BelAL. Development trends for last five years, 2017–2022, are analyzed. There is search and implementation of new ways to replenish the system, preferably automated ones; focus not only on the record number increment, but also on content quality; creating effective corporate communication; expansion of public activity, expressed in the holding of annual conferences and several training events.
